Bellissima struttura nel quartiere De Pijp . Personale attento e disponibile , camere pulite e spaziose, fornite di tutti gli accessori da bagno. superlativa l'attenzione alla presenza di bambini, ci hanno infatti fornito detergente e ciabattine dedicate. Ottima la colazione , anche se il personale non era sempre attento . Bellissimo il panorama dalle finestre della camera, comoda anche la lounge.

die Teppichböden im Flur und Zimmer sind mehr als ekelig dreckig und alt. Wasser wird dann einfach mal abgestellt. in der Lobby sitzt man 1 stunde ohne Bewirtung. unfassbar unfreundliches und unaufmerksames Personal

It is in a more residential neighborhood and we found it tough to find dinner a short walk from the hotel.

Perfect. Japanese hospitality is on another level. Perfectly clean. Pillow menu. Service is outstanding. Food in the snack bar was restaurant level. Employees of the hotel couldn't do more for you! Location perfect, walkable everywhere you'd want to be and see in Amsterdam. Visit to this hotel is a must!
