Lovely food
Great room with a fantastic view
Pool & beachside location were great. Bus stop outside allowed very easy access along the bays and to St Helier.
Bar closed early. Depending on who was was working they would sometimes provide a drink after 11.
Stunning hotel on the beach.
Staff and food excellent.
Nothing
Excellent staff and location.
The view out of my window, and the dated state of all amenities as well as no air conditioning. No value for over £300 per night.
Excellent breakfast with good selection
The Toaster required attention - recalibration for heat on bread slices
The room was very clean. Tv kept switching off on its own .
Places looked worn
The carpet on stairs needs replacing
Staff and service always good
Restaurant serves excellent food
The lounge in the hotel is always booked up for afternoon tea so when weather is poor there isn't anywhere to sit and relax.
I asked for an Emery board at reception and none available I would expect this service from a 5 star hotel
The cushions on the sunbeds were left out when raining so therefore damp later when sun appeared
Great location across from a beautiful beach. Heated outdoor pool ,gym facilities & an indoor pool & jacuzzi meant there was lots to do when the weather wasnt so good
Internet connection wasn't always good
Location, facilities and food.
Some restaurant staff a little pushy. Excellent restarant service, though, from lady with braided hair. Some intermittently with WiFi.
Staff were excellent. Location was right on the beach. Hotel has brilliant facilities and the food was lovely.
Can't fault it
The view and the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not being told that there was no lift to the floor my room was on. Also we were not informed that we would have to climb into a bath for a shower. I have just had a new knee and suffered because of this. The room didn’t have a sofa as per my description which would have been very useful.
It has fantastic heated outdoor pool
With plenty of beds & towels with a lovely pool area restaurant,
Location to the best beach with bars & restaurants
