A lovely stay just outside Hoi an old town with good facilities and the most welcoming staff. Perfect for any stay.
Pros:

The staff at Qualia are incredible, extremely helpful in all aspects including helping book other activities. Gym was an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely and the room was amazing and spacious. The pool is a great addition if travelling during summer months.

Cons:

The property is 20+ walk from the old town but only a 5 minute grab costing 30,000 dong (€1). The treadmill didn’t work in the gym.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly, I felt like a VIP not just a customer.
The hotel is in a great location, just a 20 minute walk into the old town and on the edge of the rice fields. Plenty of good places for eating and drinking.
Rooftop pool is great and never busy.
Breakfast is good with plenty of choices for all tastes.
Room was large with a small balcony overlooking street. Bed was super comfortable and shower was good.

Pros:

Excellent room (extra large) & close to old town. Rooftop bar & pool added bonus. Staff excellent & nothing too much trouble.

Pros:

We loved the pool, buffet breakfast, and convenient location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The beds were very comfortable, making for a great stay overall.
Stayed in the family room 2 adults 2 children.

Great location, super nice staff and clean comfy rooms.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location, exactly between the beach and Old Town. The breakfast was OK, maybe a bit room to improve, but not bad. The SPA is super good as well, very talented masseuse.

Cons:

No bikes available to use, all were broken or booked by other people, while clearly we were told that wasn't possible. The swimming pool didn't have a heater, so it was too cold at night.

Pros:

Location was less than 1km out of town which was perfect, staff were more than helpful with anything we needed.
Pool area was a great place to relax. Happy hour at the pool bar.
Room service food was delicious,

Cons:

I had a premium room with a bath tub which was nice, however having the shower in the bath didn't really work well water would splash all over the window and the floor.

The staff were so polite and helpful, the rooftop pool was brilliant and the food and drinks were lovely too.

Luxurious and relaxing stay with rooftop pool and free bike rental
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the modern part of town, an easy fifteen minute bikeride from the old town. The room is very spacious with an ensuite bathroom whose walls have windows so you are still in the room when in the bathroom, while having enough privacy. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The bike rental is easy and for free. There is free table tennis in the basement. The pool on the rooftop is almost infinity. You can lay on sunbeds in the pool or beside and there is also a bar where you can order drinks all day.

Cons:

The table tennis area, the pool and the bar close at ten. The bikes had to be returned in the evening but could be rented again the next morning.
