Great location, super nice staff and clean comfy rooms.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location, exactly between the beach and Old Town. The breakfast was OK, maybe a bit room to improve, but not bad. The SPA is super good as well, very talented masseuse.

Cons:

No bikes available to use, all were broken or booked by other people, while clearly we were told that wasn't possible. The swimming pool didn't have a heater, so it was too cold at night.

Would stay here again if we returned
Pros:

Location was less than 1km out of town which was perfect, staff were more than helpful with anything we needed.
Pool area was a great place to relax. Happy hour at the pool bar.
Room service food was delicious,

Cons:

I had a premium room with a bath tub which was nice, however having the shower in the bath didn't really work well water would splash all over the window and the floor.

The staff were so polite and helpful, the rooftop pool was brilliant and the food and drinks were lovely too.

It was just outside of the old town, in a more calm neighbourhood. The service was quite friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It has a rooftop bar and pool

Luxurious and relaxing stay with rooftop pool and free bike rental
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the modern part of town, an easy fifteen minute bikeride from the old town. The room is very spacious with an ensuite bathroom whose walls have windows so you are still in the room when in the bathroom, while having enough privacy. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The bike rental is easy and for free. There is free table tennis in the basement. The pool on the rooftop is almost infinity. You can lay on sunbeds in the pool or beside and there is also a bar where you can order drinks all day.

Cons:

The table tennis area, the pool and the bar close at ten. The bikes had to be returned in the evening but could be rented again the next morning.

Pros:

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen. Tilava, siisti huone! Allasalue oli mukava. Sijainti oli myös kiva.

Cons:

Huoneeseeni kuului päivällä liikenteen ääni todella hyvin, kuin olisi ikkuna koko ajan auki, mutta se ei onneksi pahemmin häirinnyt :)

Charmantes, sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat tolle Zimmer, Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Wie viele Hotels in Hoi An ist auch dieses etwas älter von der Substanz her, aber es wurde renoviert und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Charme ist definitiv erhalten geblieben.

Cons:

Es ist nicht sehr zentral, aber vor der Tür fahren viele elektronische offene Busse. Damit kann man bequem in die Stadt fahren. Sonst ca 15-20min laufen.

Good option for value stay in hoi an
Pros:

Had 2 adjoining rooms which were very nice and modern. Solid place so noise didnt carry. Good overall value

Cons:

Breakfast fairly average i thought. Didnt find much appetising. Banged my head badly on the doorway up to the pool. Very low door frame and no warning signs at all. Rood top pool area could do with some maintenance.
