Très bon séjour à Hoi Han
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec très jolie piscine roof top à 15 minutes à pied du vieux Hoi An. Personnel aux petits soins et réactif. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner.

I loved the location, the staff were so kind, pool looked nice, the bed was so,so comfortable

Cons:

The shower/bath was a little boy awkward... but I think I managed it by the end of the week!!!!! ;)) breakfast could have had a little more daily variety

Cons:

Hade en incident med hotellets personal när vi checkade ut, fick sedan en ursäkt från hotellet vilket vi uppskattar.

Hotellet har en stor, härlig pool på taket med bar. Tyvärr är poolen så fruktansvärt äcklig med svarta beläggningar och rost från solstolar som står i poolen. Smutsiga, äckliga fogar som inte har skurats på flera år. Jag var rädd att min familj skulle bli sjuk av att bada i poolen så det blev inte mer än ett dopp. Det är väldigt synd att hotellet inte tar bättre hand om poolen.

Prima verblijf, jammer van de poolbar.
Pros:

De kamer was netjes en schoon, maar de badkamer is echt klein.

Cons:

Badkamer te klein. De poolbar is er helemaal niet! Deze blijkt al een aantal jaren weg te zijn.

Great value for money, friendly and welcoming staff, ideal for a 3/4 night stay.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and welcoming! The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and it had some great views. We only went in for breakfast once during the trip but it was very good and plenty of variety of food. There was a mart opposite which was very convenient too.

Cons:

The room backed onto the main road so it was noisy at times, but it wasn't really an issue at all.
