Pros:

Vị trí cách bãi tắm 8-900m, có thể đi bộ ra biển tắm được.

Cons:

Ngoài vị trí tạm ổn để ra bãi tắm thì trải nghiệm nói chung là kém xa kỳ vọng và mức giá. Thái độ làm việc của nhân viên khách sạn là không chấp nhận được khi đã đặt qua booking miễn phí hoàn hủy và thanh toán sau nhưng 2-3 ngày sau khi đặt bị yêu cầu cọc trước 50%, ok mình đặt. Đến khi nhận phòng thì khách sạn tự ý đổi phòng mình đã đặt (từ phòng lớn sang phòng bé) với lý do "đoàn 6 người, 2 phòng vẫn đủ ở, mỗi phòng ở được 3 người, anh chị cứ dùng đi". Mình phải phát cáu vì đoàn mình 6 người nhưng đặt 1 phòng 3 + 1 phòng 4 người để 4 đứa trẻ ở với nhau và giá phòng 4 đương nhiên đắt tiền hơn. Sau khi mình cáu, ks trả lời "anh cứ dùng phòng đó đi, em trừ tiền chênh 2 phòng". Thế nhưng đến khi thanh toán cũng không tự động trừ tiền này (giả quên), mình phải nhắc mới trừ.
Chưa dừng lại ở đó, từ khi đặt phòng mình có yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn, đã thanh toán tiền thuế. Nhưng khi nhận phòng thì ks yêu cầu mình hủy đặt phòng trên Booking.com thì mới xuất hóa đơn; còn nếu không hủy mà vẫn xuất thì phải trả thêm tiền. Oh shit, làm ăn láo vậy! Hủy trên booking là ks ko mất tiền cho booking, vậy thôi, làm ăn chộp giật. Mình nói, để anh gọi quản lý thị trường đến phân xử việc này thì ậm ừ bảo "thôi để em xuất, nhưng a cứ trả phòng, tối em xuất sau". Rồi đến giờ chưa có luôn.
Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại ks này. Tương tự ks này (là các khu Shophouse để làm dịch vụ lưu trú) thì có nhiều ks gần biển hơn và chắc dịch vụ cũng ko tệ hơn được. Nên nếu quay lại và dùng ks tương tự thì mình sẽ chọn ks khác. For sure!
