A relaxing gateway in a beautiful property
Pros:

Everything was top! The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. The property was well maintained and the room had everything you need. The breakfast was great, with choices for people with food restrictions. The food at the restaurant was also nice.

Cons:

It was not possible to use the bidet because located in a narrow space. The ventilation in the bathroom could be better.

An enjoyable stay but the hotel fell short of a 5 star property!
Pros:

The rooms and main building were lovely. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

As the property is not close to any shops, it becomes quite difficult to get around without a car. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer any shuttle service to Cascais or the beach area, which adds to the inconvenience.

The pool restaurant is not consistently open, and even when it is open, food has to be ordered from the main hotel. This is quite far away, resulting in long waiting times. At check‑in, we were not informed that the pool restaurant area was closed, nor that towels needed to be collected from reception when this happens.

The loungers were also not clean, with bird droppings and general dirt left unattended. For a 5‑star property, attention to detail is essential, and these elements fell short of expectations.

Given that we paid over R10 000 per night, I am genuinely questioning the value for money received.

Ótima maneira de festejar 25 anos de casado.
