Horrible si vous êtes en couple ou alors à fréquenter en dehors des vacances
Pros:

⭐ Très bel hôtel et personnel adorable

Très bel hôtel, propre et très agréable. Les espaces sont vraiment beaux et le personnel est très gentil, souriant et disponible. Un très bel endroit avec un cadre agréable et de belles prestations.

Cons:

⚠️ Plutôt adapté aux familles

Petit bémol qui a beaucoup influencé notre séjour : l’hôtel est extrêmement fréquenté par les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Il y avait beaucoup de cris et de bruit autour de la piscine, mais également au brunch, ce qui rendait parfois difficile de profiter tranquillement des espaces communs.

La piscine est suffisamment grande pour que les enfants puissent vraiment se défouler et jouer, ce qui est très bien pour les familles, mais beaucoup moins reposant lorsqu’on vient en couple ou entre amis à la recherche de calme.

Je conseillerais donc clairement cet hôtel aux familles avec enfants. En revanche, si vous recherchez un séjour tranquille en couple ou entre amis, ce n’est probablement pas l’endroit le plus adapté.

Beautiful property, the restaurant was nice, good cocktails. Staff at reception were excellent
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious, really comfy bedding and beautiful grounds

Cons:

Freezing cold pool, so uncomfortable our children wouldn’t use it. Lack of pool towels. Kids club really isn’t a kids club, just a playground.

Esperaba mucho más
Pros:

Piscina bien pero no hay sombrillas, se hecha de menso sombra. Desayuno poca variedad de dulces, el cafe bastante malo y encima te lo tienes que servir tu. La habitacion bien, grande y confortable.

Cons:

No hay ambiente, no hay nada organizado y si quieres tomar una copa tranquilo por la noche lo tienes que hacer en el hall del hotel, tardan mucho en servir y es bastante triste el ambiente. Para pagar con tarjeta te teienes que levantar hasta la caja y te cobran la propina directamente sin preguntar.
En el spa nos dijeron que era necesario llevar gorro de baño pero debimos de ser los unicos que lo hicimos y no hay nadie pendiente de ello.
Ojo con el guardado de equipaje, casi me quedo sin una mochila porque no la tenían controlada.

Pobyt w Sheraton Cascais Resort uważam za wyjątkowo udany i z czystym sumieniem daję maksymalną ocenę!
Komfort i przestrzeń: Apartament, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy, był niezwykle komfortowy, jasny i bardzo przestronny. Wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach, co pozwoliło na pełen relaks.
Wygoda: Łóżka zasługują na osobne wyróżnienie – wyjątkowo wygodne, dzięki czemu każdy poranek witaliśmy wypoczęci.
Jedzenie: Śniadania były po prostu pyszne! Ogromny wybór świeżych, wysokiej jakości produktów i świetna obsługa na sali.
Lokalizacja i otoczenie: Sam hotel leży w przepięknej, zielonej i spokojnej okolicy, co daje niesamowite poczucie prywatności i wytchnienia od zgiełku.
Podsumowując – wszystko wyszło po prostu super! Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy przy najbliższej okazji.

Alles super, Zimmer, Frühstück und die Anlage war perfekt!

Cons:

Service vom Zimmer war nicht gut, letzten Tag hatte ich nur noch ein kleines Badehandtuch ! Ansonsten alles okay !Danke bis später.
