Sin duda, el hotel más lujoso de todo nuestro viaje por Costa Rica.

La ubicación es excelente, ya que prácticamente todas las actividades que hicimos por la zona estaban a unos diez minutos del hotel, lo que nos permitió aprovechar muchísimo el tiempo.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares. Destacan especialmente las piscinas de aguas termales, donde incluso hay una barra dentro del agua desde la que puedes pedir bebidas y comida de cualquiera de los restaurantes del hotel. Te lo llevan directamente a la piscina, así que puedes comer o tomarte un cóctel sin salir del agua. Todo un lujo.

Las habitaciones son amplias, muy modernas y con domótica, lo que hace la estancia especialmente cómoda. Todo está cuidado al detalle.

Pros:

Well appointed apartment which was clean and had a great view of the Volcano. Springs and swim up bar was great for all the family.

Cons:

I found the constant need for the staff to tidy around you was a bit overbearing and the obsession with the invoices is unnecessary- why sign for a zero bill at breakfast? It would be much easier to just scan your wristband for payment at any time.

Desayuno con variedad
El servicio de todo el personal super amable y excelente instalaciones.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que no se encontró la reserva en su momento, pero se resolvió todo super bien.

Costa rica is lovely, we will be back.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the staff great, kind and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing i did not like much was the very few options where to eat, they were also under construction for a new restaurant. That will be great.
