Super confortable
Pros:

Desayuno con variedad
El servicio de todo el personal super amable y excelente instalaciones.

Cons:

Costa rica is lovely, we will be back.

The hotel was nice and the staff great, kind and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing i did not like much was the very few options where to eat, they were also under construction for a new restaurant. That will be great.

Excellent Value with On-Site Thermal Springs
Pros:

Excellent location, great food, and wonderful pools, including a natural thermal spring on-site. Having the thermal spring at the resort was a real bonus because we didn’t have to drive elsewhere to enjoy it. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we felt the resort offered excellent value for the price.

Cons:

We had no complaints and would happily stay here again.

A great stay with a few minor issues
Pros:

Great facilities, amazing pools - the best part of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional. Location is within close proximity to natural trails etc

Cons:

Spa is a joke, of course. Massage is non-professional, mostly a relaxation mode, but may work for many guests.
Had ants on my bed, but hard to complain if you’re in a tropical rainforest, of course.

Pros:

Resort muito confortável. Acomodação estava impecável!! Quarto é muito limpo, cama super confortável. Atenção aos detalhes muito boa.

As piscinas são deliciosas e o contato com a natureza é muito intenso.
