La struttura era posizionara abbastanza bene

Cons:

Dormito poco la notte perché condiziobatore rumoroso e caldo infernale se spento.
Telecomando tv non funzionanre e la sera nessuno un reception a cui chiedere.notte rumori esterni fino a tardi

Pros:

Réceptionniste tres sympa et poli. Il y'a une plaine de jeu surveillée, un vrai paradis pour les enfants.
Le centre est à 5 min en voiture tout droit et le parking sous terrain et très bon marché, pour ensuite visiter à pied.

Cons:

La finition des travaux dans la chambre laisse à désier (les tuyaux de chauffage dépassent en attendant de raccorder les radiateurs, le rideaux de douche et bricoler sur le coté avec du ruban...), mais cela reste des détails, qui nous n'ont pas beaucoup dérangé.

El personal muy amable, y cuenta con un restaurante que está muy bien. El desayuno incluido es saciante

Cons:

Queda un poco apartado del centro. No obstante, se puede ir en el bus urbano que te deja en la puerta. Cuesta 30 leks y no aparece en Google Maps. El bus urbano pasa por la estación de autobuses.

Très belle expérience
Pros:

Personnel au top, chambre spacieuse et au petit soin avec vous. Chateau de Berat et tout ce qu'il vous faudra aux alentours.

Incroyable Berat et le logement
Pros:

Le réceptionniste Clayd est juste incroyable, hyper gentil, très humain, vraiment très reconnaissant de ses clients, il nous montre les lieux à visiter dans la ville et il répond très professionnellement à toute nos questions. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre des avis mais la je recommande à 100% ce lieu. Vous ne serez pas déçu du tout.

I'm sorry I had such a bad experience. The room was not the one I booked through Booking. Impossible to sleep and be in the heat. The air conditioning didn't work. They changed my room at 23:30 to one with air conditioning (which was not the one I selected on the page either). The wifi worked terribly. The breakfast was poor and they took a long time to bring it. Nothing to do with the photos they publish. The friendly receptionist. The rest is fatal. I don't recommend anything.
