Staff doesn’t even ask you how was your stay in checkout.

Additionally, keeping tropical birds in cages so small that they cannot even fly, especially placed directly in the breakfast area, is deeply distressing and cruel. This negatively impacted our stay.

Not the luxury experience it sells itself as - maybe its just Albania standards
Pros:

Location was great, the hotel is nice but a very old property.
It has a nice Spa, but expensive - not Albania relative prices.

Cons:

- Branded as a luxury experience but it's a high demand, high volume hotel with a lot of movement of people. A lot just wait in the lobby for hours at a time, little privacy.
- The breakfast had many options but low quality. Partly because its left there sitting out for hours and hours.
- The pictures are misleading. You see a massive lobby and atrium for a foyer and it's actually very small and cramped. Rooms are only ok - very old (not from a facility perspective, but more from a lack of maintenance).

Set the caged birds free!
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was brilliant. Spa was good, small but fine. Rooms were clean and smart. Staff were pleasant. This is one of the top hotels in Tirane so it is expensive for Tirane.

Cons:

We had a super early check out and asked for a packed breakfast. Given the splendid buffet that was included in the very hefty price, we expected a bit more than an apple, a bottle of water and a thin cheese sandwich. Also, they have caged exotic birds in the lobby. Caging birds is just cruel. The reception staff say they have had complaints about this cruelty before. The hotel should re-home the birds. Also, the music in the rooftop restaurant goes on until late and is very loud and can be heard two floors away. TBF, it was turned down when a 23.30 complaint was made.

Pros:

La beauté de l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner, le spa

Cons:

La chambre qui donnait à l’intérieur et une nuisance sonore du roof top jusqu’à minuit. Des travaux ont ensuite démarré. Bref la première nuit a été très agitée mais nous avons ensuite été changés de chambre

הספא. השירות בקבלה ולחניה.

Cons:

א. בוקר. לא הכל טרי וטעים. אין מבחר. קפה גרוע (ממכונה).
הלובי וחדר האוכל חשוכים (שידליקו אורות!). המגבות שחוקות נעדרות לובן וספיגה ובלי ריח של כביסה. מרפסת החדר פנתה לחצר מוזנחת של בנין סמוך (צמוד מאוד).
