Absolutely unacceptable experience.
At 7:00 AM, the housekeeping staff started making so much noise in the hallways that it was impossible to continue sleeping. Then, at 9:00 AM, construction workers began working on scaffolding right outside the room, creating unbearable noise. There was no warning, no apology, and absolutely no consideration for guests who had paid to rest.
A hotel is supposed to provide peace, comfort, and the opportunity to sleep—not wake guests with cleaning noise and construction early in the morning.
This completely ruined our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly will not be coming back.

So beautiful and comfortable, spa was amazing.
Highly recommend Hammam service
Service at the rooftop restaurant was not great and lemongrass shrimp had no flavor, took forever to make during a lull in orders and was way over cooked.
Would not recommend waxing service at spa. Received a full leg wax and still have marks from the wax weeks later. They use a wax cartridge and the esthetician was having trouble with it. Just not a good experience.
Everything! Superbly decorated hotel with the wow factor. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. Huge spread of delicious fresh and cooked breakfast food. Attentional to detail and cleanliness in the rooms is spot on. And the Spa and valet parking are a big bonus.

The staf were professional
We had a great stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and flexible, especially considering we were traveling with a young baby. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We also had a small issue with the lights in our room, but they fixed it quickly and professionally. Overall, the service made our stay very enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again.
The only minor issue was a problem with the lights in our room when we arrived. However, the staff resolved it promptly, so it did not affect our stay much.
