Petit déjeuner complet, en terrasse, au calme. Quelques perturbations avec des abeilles en quête de récupérer leur miel, mais la Team a géré. Ambiance piscine très agréable, musique en sourdine non agressive ! (très important), il est possible de se reposer.
Les cocktails sont un peu chers au regard des prix habituellement pratiqués au sein d'établissements de même niveau (20 euros l'apérol spritz....).
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really friendly & helpful. Rooms are amazing and comfortable.
Unfortunately, there was a bee plague. So too many bees over our breakfast which made it uncomfortable and we had to eat in our bed in the room to not get stung.
We find the prices vs quality / portion size of food very expensive. A Coca Cola is 7,5€ per can, lunch is approx 20-23€ for a salad or sandwich.
We didn’t know the hotel was also open to the public. There are two pools. One is more quiet as only guest can lay there but the other pool is a very buzzing place with loud music. The people that come there are personally not my kind of crowd, they are all there to flirt and party with each other, which made us feel very uncomfortable to go to that pool and enjoy it.

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été aux petits soins avec nous durant tout le séjour. Le restaurant mérite un vrai 10/10 : les plats étaient aussi beaux que délicieux, avec une excellente présentation et des idées originales.
Concernant la chambre, rien à redire : très spacieuse, impeccable et parfaitement entretenue. Même la piscine privée était nettoyée chaque jour. Un séjour vraiment réussi, je recommande sans hésiter !

Great vibe, 2 lovely pools and the staff could not do enough for you with a smile! A very big thank you to all of the staff and the Manager Hamza! Really looked after us and he made our stay memorable. Will definitely go back!
The food was delicious. Would have liked a little more fresh fruit for breakfast (the fruit is insanely fresh out in Marrakesh) lunch and dinner 10/10
The local white wine was also very nice. Always like to drink what the locals drink if suitable and it was - white, crisp and cold! Stunning outside lunch/dining area every thing was just perfect!

Le prix de la carte des consommations de la piscine, beaucoup trop élevés pour un hôtel du Maroc excentré (nord de la Palmeraie), aucun plat typique marocain à la carte.

Facilities and the staff as well as food were all great. Loved the pool.
The plumbing seriously requires renewal - water stays in sinks and shower. The sun beds, gym (!!!) and the territory around the pool could be much cleaner.
The breakfast was amazing—fresh, delicious, and very accommodating of my coeliac requirements, which were always remembered. The freshly squeezed orange juice was some of the best I’ve had, and the fresh coffee and mint tea were a perfect touch. The staff were incredible and truly couldn’t do enough for you. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was both relaxing and had a great atmosphere. Our room was lovely as well, making the whole stay feel really special.
The only minor point was that the gym could benefit from a bit more equipment. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience at all—honestly, it’s very hard to fault this hotel.

The staff members Karima and young Mohamed were so lovely. The room was exceptional spacious and the decor very cool and the maid did a great job and we loved the private terraces. The pool was warm and the non heated was great too. Breakfast was very good and the hammam was lovely and massage lady excellent
They get alot of revenue from diaspora and rich locals splashing wads of cash on sheishas, extortionately priced drinks and food for groups of creepy men and their barely clad local ‘paid hookups’ - at times the music was so loud those staying felt uncomfortable. Felt the residents staying played second violin to the pool day passes.
