We would return.
Pros:

Pool, staff and breakfast is great. Our second visit in October.

Cons:

Some things are getting a little rundown. Electric plug sockets, lightbulbs, some stains on which soft furnishings, showers need some care. HOWEVER, overall, the place is really stylish in its decor. The staff are wonderful.

Bel hôtel, joliment décoré. Chambre également

Cons:

Manque de standing par rapport aux prétentions :
- aucune attention particulière malgré mon message signalant un mariage récent.
- Pas de lumière dans l'entrée de la chambre (ampoules HS) et la moitié des spots dans la salle de bain
- Dôme de la salle de bain complètement moisi
- télévision compliqué, aucune indication

Pros:

breakfast was lovely, room service was great, most staff were fantastic.

Cons:

the room service did mess up my order and I had to argue with them to remove an item from my bill. This means lower VAT on my overall bill but it was impossible to explain that to the staff there so I just paid the extra cash which I was not happy with.

Excellent séjour au calme à quelques minutes du centre ville.
Pros:

L'ambiance générale est très bonne, avec un personnel aux petits soins et une propreté des chambres impeccable. Très bon petit déjeuner, au calme ; possibilité de travailler un peu (pour les entrepreneurs) ; accès au centre ville aisé et parking devant l'hôtel gratuit.

Cons:

Parfois un peu trop de musique "olé olé", mais c'est à la mode à Marrakech dans tous les établissements.

Hôtel très propre, le personnel est très serviable et accueillant !!!
Petit déjeuner succulent, piscine très propre ainsi que les chambres !!

Restauration très bien

Cons:

Le day pass pour les clients extérieurs avec musique de 11h à 19h pas très agréable pour les clients de l’hôtel
De ce fait plus de places sur les transats autour de la piscine principale

Séjour parfait dans un cadre idyllique, calme et reposant.
Pros:

L’hôtel offre des services très soignés et un cadre idyllique pour les résidents. Le choix des piscines (calme ou ambiance) permet de profiter du séjour à travers différentes ambiances. Le restaurant est très bon, et le petit déjeuner parfait. Petite mention spéciale pour la suite royale qui est irréelle. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel !
