We had just one night here and wanted to stay more time, hopefully next time. Is close to everything you desire with an excellent staff ready to help you with everything you need.

Good place to stay near West Lake.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Great location on the lake but back from the main road so not so noisy. Excellent value for money and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Instructions on how to navigate the walk from the nearest metro need to be clearer - and a warning on how difficult access was with cases using the metro would have been appreciated.

Comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location!
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from West Lake, close to Yue Fei Temple, the Impression West Lake show, and the lake boat tours. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a good selection of Chinese-style dishes. A special thank you to the concierge, Xiao Chen (Chen Hu), who went above and beyond to help us and secured the best available tickets for the Impression show. Highly recommended!

Gostaria de elogiar a pessoa (mulher) que nos levou conhecer as plantações de chá, serviço esse organizado pelo hotel. Muito simpática, atenciosa, pacienciosa e cheia de boa vontade. Salvou nossa estadia pelo pouco tempo que tínhamos. Adorei tudo.

Pros:

The helpful crew, washing machines and dryer, 200 meter to Yue Fei Temple, opposite West lake and can watch- Enduring memories of Hangzhou (must watch)

Cons:

Road is small but our driver is skilled enough. Also can take a stroll back to the hotel. Breakfast limited choice. Pillow too soft.
