Pros:

We loved the convenience of checking in & out. We had everything we needed within the room. Didn't have to drive much cause we were able to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable & homey, which made us feel like we were at our own home. Also being able to go on the roof & get some beautiful pictures of the sunset...bonus!!. We even were able to get a few pictures of Front Beach Road @ night with the lights.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the place. It was perfect for us.

WIFI did not work and password was not posted next to the elevator as indicated in message even though we asked. Pricey in comparison to other units exactly alike .
Price for cleaning of $120 very high for such an small property specially after requesting that we sweep and clean

If you want a perfect getaway at the beach this is the perfect spot any make sure you can stay at least a week 😊

The house is literally steps away from the beach.

The condo was very neat and clean! We arrived early and they gave us owners lounge,pool and beach access. Also let us check in as the room was ready when we arrived!

Enjoyed our stay, the beach was beautiful and the accommodations served our needs.

The location to the beach was great. The condo was well maintained.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too uncomfortable for us. Only one elevator to service the entire complex .

Pros:

The view from the condo was amazing! You are on the second floor and can open the door to view the beautiful ocean. Condo was very clean and location is on the strip! Owner is very kind and willing to make things right if you are not happy. I would stay again in the future if parking arrangements change.

The parking is not great. Had to park out of the lot several times and walk.
