Excellent location in Chinatown. Very comfortable bed, good aircon and shower was good. The room was dark, which we like.
The bathroom area could have been cleaner. Generally, the room could have done with more cleaning. Weird set up where my security cars opened the front door as well as the hotel next door… which also has the same name!
Great location in the center, clean room and nice staff.
Sometimes the electricity goes of for a little bit but nothing major.

If one wishes to be on jln petaling in heart this area, good. For the worriers on here, yes security is good...key card etc, and brightly lit/cctv.

A. My first room had NO window....complained to desk that this was NOT stated in booking, and they ^upgraded^ me.
B. Supposed be nonsmoking but can smell from near room...had to complain & then was stopped

El personal es magnífico, íbamos con retraso y el recepcionista nos esperó fuera ya de su turno a qué llegáramos.
La ubicación es genial, en todo el mercado de Chinatown
El baño se inundó el primer día. El ascensor estuvo roto los 3 días. Vimos ratas por las escaleras. Las habitaciones sin ventanas son un auténtico zulo

staff Karen was very helpful and attended to guests every need.
We liked the view from our room and the comfortable bed. We also liked Karen’s assistance in sorting out our extension for an extra night, for which she let us stay in our original room for the whole duration of our stay, without extra expense as it was a better room.
Our aircon stopped working, however this was fixed promptly by Karen within a few hours.
There was tv in the room, spacious room for queen.
There was cockroach in the room, toilet was not clean, the tap water leaking, shower pressure not strong,
