La struttura è molto bella in quanto casa d'epoca. Pregevole la sala adibita a ristorante.

コロニアル時代の雰囲気を上手に残していて気分あがりました。

Cons:

レセプションがある旧館と宿泊施設がある新館の間に階段があり不便を感じました。全体的に素晴らしい印象だったので、とっても小さな不便ですが。あと、場所は中心地から少し北のほうになります。

Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous. We stayed here for the historical value of the place. Very traditional Kristang food and decor, which was lovely. Close to the main attractions - $RM6 Grab or you can walk along the river and take in the old city - wonderful way to experience Malacca. The staff here were next level

Jolie maison ancienne à 15’ à pied du centre historique. Chambre style colonial très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment was nice, peaceful, and very clean. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it comfortable throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the spa operating hours. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and after settling in and having dinner, I was hoping to book a spa treatment at around 8:00 PM. However, the spa closes at 7:00 PM and only reopens at 11:00 AM the next day, which coincides with the hotel's 11:00 AM check-out time. This makes it difficult for guests staying just one night to enjoy the spa facilities.
The outdoor parking arrangement was also not very convenient, especially during bad weather or when carrying luggage to and from the hotel.

しつらえやスタッフさんの雰囲気。
どれも丁寧に大切に使われてきたことが分かるものばかり。マラッカの歴史に浸れるホテル。サービスも心地よく過ごせました。

I am very impressed by the high quality of service and friendliness. Makes me feel like home.

Breakfast experience. It is magical. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very attentive! The food looks great and taste great as well and there are sufficient varieties to make me pampered.
