Pros:

The hotel is close by the metro station, only 2-3 minutes walking distance. The hotel personnels are very helpful with providing information about the city attractions. They help us booking tours and getting around the city. They are very hospitable.
The hotel's rooftop terrace is great place to relax.

Tutto sommato per quello di cui necessitavo era più che buono. Ottima posizione, vicina alla metro. Peccato per l’odore
Pros:

Ottima posizione.
Per chi arriva dall’aeroporto è facile da raggiungere.
Basta prendere l’airport express, scendere a fine corsa e prendere la linea 5 scendendo dopo 1 fermata. Da lì con pochi passi si arriva all’hotel.

Cons:

L’acqua della doccia scendeva veramente piano e con poca acqua. Ho fatto la doccia fredda la seconda sera perché calda non usciva proprio. Il lavandino era mezzo rotto ed emanava odore di fogna.

Frühstück eher klein und nicht sehr lecker. Hatte Haare im Essen

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken. Eine andere Frau hat sich dann gleichzeitig wie wir beschwert, aber es wurde bei beiden nur gesagt: Sie riechen keinen Rauch und können nichts machen.

Buena ubicación excelente servicio
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena con paradas de buses a metros de distancia. La atención también muy amables, nos ayudaron bastante a pedir nuestro taxi, cambiar dinero y otros consejos. Muy recomendado.

Lily and Leo went above beyond and our stay in Beijing!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful, specifically Lily and Caitlin👍🏻👍🏻. Lily surprised us with hot chocolate and mocha coffee after we asked for it and it wasn’t available in their menu. And Caitlin was our Local google 🥰

The floors especially the bathroom wasn’t that clean. I even asked them to change my room because it was smelling. The breakfast containers also didn’t look that clean, the bread was always exposed so it was dry
