The location and the friendliness of all the staff was exceptional.
Our stay at East Sacred Hotel from June 28 to July 2 was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
While the hotel isn't a luxury property, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a clean room, a comfortable bed, and good amenities. It was perfect for us since we mainly needed a place to rest and safely leave our belongings while we spent our days exploring the city.
One of the things we really appreciated was the complimentary laundry service, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to start the day.
The location is another big advantage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.
Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service, great breakfast, and thoughtful extras like free laundry service, I highly recommend East Sacred Hotel. We would happily stay here again.
No me pudo gustar. Reservé y dejé claro que usaba silla de ruedas y que si el alojamiento era accesible. Me dijeron que si y me despreocupé. Al llegar no podía casi entrar ala habitación, y el baño ni por la puerta. Además, el comedor tiene un escalón. Llegar y encontraré sin alojamiento

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was very good.
They were actively changing out the floor and made other renovations as we were staying there. They were working (very loudly) from 9am-8pm and my partner nearly slipped because they weren’t making sure it was safe for the customer to walk there. The only way out of the hotel was through the space where they were cutting the flooring.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del metro y en una calle principal muy animada desde la que puedes ir andando al templo del Lama.
Lo mejor del hotel, aunque está bastante bien y las camas son muy cómodas, es su personal. Las chicas de recepción son encantadoras: llegamos a las 7 de la mañana y nos permitieron desayunar y hacer el checking a las 10.
Por poner algo: la poca presión que tiene el agua caliente y la poca variedad del desayuno.

The staff especially Leo is so friendly he helped us a lot and managed us everything.
The second room was much better — it was on a higher floor, quiet, spacious and had normal windows. The staff were friendlier during my second stay and offered me an upgraded room without extra charge. The location is excellent, close to hutong streets, metro and many sights.
Even though the second room was better, the windows were dirty and there was still no fridge in the room. Breakfast was the same every day with very little variety. The hotel is old, the reception area was cluttered with packages, and overall it does not match the price or the advertised Deluxe category. The ‘Rooftop Chill’ mentioned in the description was not available.
What I liked
Great location – right next to the hutong streets, with an authentic local atmosphere.
Very good connection to the city – metro only a few minutes away, and many sights were reachable on foot.
Cleanliness was generally OK, the room was made up properly.
What I didn’t like
Although I booked a Deluxe Room, my first room was in the basement, with tiny pavement‑level windows, noise at night and a dusty feeling.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and I noticed some mold in the shower.
No fridge in the room – only a shared one in the common area, which was usually full.
Breakfast was very basic and almost the same every day, with little variety.
The huge projection screen on the wall and devices on the ceiling made me feel uncomfortable and not entirely safe.
Amazing location, budget friendly hotel in the center of the city. Perfect ground zero for Beijing exploration. Friendly staff, personal approach of the hotel manager who is very friendly and helpful. Overall, amazing experience. We have stayed couple of times there and we are coming back for sure. Bonus is centerpiece lounge/common space where you can relax as well as newly arranged rooftop garden.
