Séjour agréable
Pros:

Les chambres agréable bonne literie et eau chaude.

Cons:

Manque de communication avec l’hôtel et le resto concernant un Braï qu’on avait réservé.
Et oublie d’une bague sur le meuble de la SDB on a recontacté l’hôtel même pas 1h après et la bague avait disparu.

No intercom to communicate some dump smell in the room the steps in the room not a good idea as can cause accidents especially for old people

A lot of the checkpoints(activities)on the map were closed,which is not working or it is closed down , mady just to remove them.

Staff were very accommodating and the room was nice

Cons:

The aircon wasn't working in the room and on a very cold night. The hot water didn't get very hot and the shower heads in the room were very small

Beautiful property but food not great. Staff inexperienced.
Pros:

The rooms are decent and comfortable but maybe better heating need for the cold days,
The spa is nice. The property is lovely.

Cons:

The dining was terrible. Staff was not trained well. Food was not fresh. Just average.
It was a huge disappointment. Spa could be more proffessional and treat clients better.

A very nice place to unwind both mentally and spiritually

The self-serve breakfast was delicious.
Dinner was a great experience because you could eat any kind of meat you wanted.
