Pros:

Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer ,und personal Mega nett ,egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück.
Lage sehr gut zum Rulantica und Europapark.
Kommen gerne wieder.

Fijne locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Prttige kamers

Fijne locatie. Modern en schone kamer. Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Koelkast was is niet standaard aangesloten. Ik had mn eten halve dag in de koelkast voordat ik ontdekte dat het uit stond

Fijn hotel als je naar europapark gaat.
Pros:

Zeer schone kamer. Goed werkende airco en wifi. 9 minuten rijden van Europapark. Koffie,thee,chocomel tot 22 uur gratis beschikbaar. 2de verdieping fijne ruimte op binnen te zitten of op een ruim balkon. Fijne bedden.

Cons:

Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Jammer dat het sapapparaat uit staat overdag. Voor kinderen zou het fijn zijn als die aan zou staan. Gekoeld bier is er (tegen betaling) zou fijn zijn als er ook wijn koud zou staan.

Koffie en thee kon tussen 7:30 en 22:00 onbeperkt gepakt worden. Goed klimaatsysteem op de kamer zodat er een goede temperatuur was.

Buena ubicación para visitar Europa-Park, desayuno mejorable
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos 5 minutos de Europa-Park, lo que resulta muy cómodo para ir y volver del parque sin necesidad de hacer grandes desplazamientos. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero son suficientes para una estancia corta. Además, estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, algo que valoramos positivamente

Cons:

El aspecto que más mejoraría sería el desayuno. Aunque había varias opciones disponibles, echamos de menos un tostador para poder tostar el pan algo básico. El café de la cafetera nos pareció bastante malo y, comparándolo con otros hoteles de una categoría similar, hemos encontrado una menor variedad de productos. En general, el desayuno cumple, pero creemos que es el punto más débil del hotel y donde tiene más margen de mejora.
