J’ai beaucoup aimé Agadir mais je ne sais pas si je reviendrai au Riu si la clientèle ne change pas

Belle décoration, personnel très sympathique et serviable, nourriture variée

Cons:

Clientèle d’anglais consommant trop d’alcool toute la journée ils sont très alcoolisés, peu respectueux, bruyants et trop nombreux c’est dommage. Ils squattent tous les transats en mettant leur serviette très tôt ! Ils sont trop nombreux par rapport aux autres nationalités

Pros:

L’hotel est confortable avec une très belle décoration. Le buffet est bon et varié. La piscine est belle et propre. Il manquait juste un peu de musique ou d'ambiance.

Cons:

Les transats de la piscine sont tous réservés à 7h du matin et le personnel ne fait rien ! Même certains sont payés en pourboire par des clients pour bloquer les transats qui restent vides une bonne partie de la journée !! Sympa l'égoïsme !

The room are really nice and in a perfect location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is right by the beach.
The food (other than breakfast) was really nice.
The rooms are spacey and really nice

Cons:

Staff would make efforts with other people to get drinks by the pool/in the restaurants and walk completely past us.
Got told we could check into the room but then the room wasn’t cleaned the 2 times they told us it will be clean.
We had to get up at 6;30am just to get a sunbed even tho it has a no saving sun bed rules (people will reserve the sun beds and not come back til 13:00)
The “heated pool” isn’t really heated and the time we went it was fairly cold but had patches of warmth.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Riu Tikida Beach in Agadir. The resort is beautiful, very clean, calm, and perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach and a lovely promenade nearby.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special mention to the lunch restaurant team and the chef — the food was delicious, varied, and always fresh.

The atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and elegant, especially as it is adults only, which made the experience even more relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, the pools were great, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.

De ligging was goed ook lekker aan het strand!
Bedjes waren er voldoende

Pros:

La prise en charge et le changement de chambre ont été rapides et efficaces. Une fois installé dans une chambre située à l’arrière de l’hôtel, les nuits étaient calmes et reposantes. La restauration propose une grande variété de plats chaque jour, ce qui est très appréciable. Je tiens également à féliciter M. Mustafah, serveur au restaurant Le Chiringuito, pour son professionnalisme et la qualité irréprochable de son service.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, j’ai été assez surpris par l’environnement très bruyant. Une boîte de nuit se trouve sous l’hôtel, avec un bar à chicha collé à l’établissement et un autre juste en face. Ma première nuit a été un véritable cauchemar à cause de la musique, des personnes parlant très fort et des klaxons jusque tard dans la nuit. Le service de certains serveurs est également à revoir : ils semblent privilégier les clients donnant des pourboires et réservent des tables pour eux. J’ai aussi trouvé inacceptable qu’un serveur me serve une bouteille d’eau déjà ouverte et remplie, en expliquant qu’elle avait été complétée avec d’autres bouteilles.

Autre point négatif : les transats sont réservés dès 6h du matin par certains clients, ce qui rend très difficile de trouver une place plus tard dans la journée. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, cela devrait être mieux encadré.

Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel bienveillant, mais ne pas s’attendre à une animation de fou le soir!

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement

Cons:

L’animation est nulle , ce n’est pas ce que c’était ! Elle est faite par des animateurs anglais qui s’en foutent des clients français. En plus leurs animations est digne d’une maison de retraite ! Bingo, loto! Sinon la tuyauterie des salles de bain mériterait une réfection.
