The pool area was lovely, and there were private sunbeds to use on the beach. There were a good range of activities including darts, bowls, tennis, basketball, ping pong etc.
The food was very disappointing. We have stayed at a RIU all inclusive before which is why we booked here, but the food here was so repetitive and very, very bland. Also a lot of the food was swimming in oil. The service was not the best unless you tipped the staff which we did not expect or experience in our last stay at a RIU hotel. View from our balcony was disappointing and noisy meaning we couldn’t utilise this space and there was a mouldy smell in the corridor and wardrobe of our room - we overheard other guests experiencing the same thing.

Ich bin um 2:00 Uhr in Agadir gelandet. Warum sollte ich einen ganzen Tag bezahlen obwohl ich nur 8 Stunden NUR SCHLAFEN mĂĽsste! Kein Essen kein trinken nichts. Nur fĂĽr 8 Stunden schlafen haben sie 260 Euro verlangt!

Lovely reception area, bars, restaurants and pool area. Staff were really kind and friendly. They were good with meal and drinks service and booked us an airport transfer. We were able to stay at the hotel all day waiting for 11pm flight.
Beach view and 30 min walk to Agadir Marina
Plenty of activities to do eg yoga, water aerobics, sundowner, ping pong.
Food was pretty good but snack bar was quite rogue.
Main bar showed the World Cup on large projector.
Feels like a rip-off at ÂŁ225 per night - much nicer all inclusive hotels for a better price.
Sunbeds and seating a bit shabby and needs a revamp. Drink options were basic - beer, spirits or cocktails pre mixed.
Lots of brits abroad vibes - foam party one day and blasting music so be aware if you don’t want this.
Our room air con was broken and wouldn’t go below 25C - it took 4 calls, messages and visits to reception to then be moved rooms. The new room was better but still lowest at 23C. Both rooms smelled badly of drains? It is a TUI hotel and felt like we were in the poorer rooms because of booking externally.
We weren’t told on check-in that it’s only 1 booking for Cullinarium restaurant. We booked on app which had then disappeared so went to reception to check and was told all sorted to then be told at the restaurant that we couldn’t dine. We had to go back to reception and wait until later sitting after some back and forth.
The WiFi wasn’t great - didn’t work in our room and depended where you sat around the pool.

La beauté de l’extérieur
L’ascenseur qui est souvent en panne, les oreillers qui sont beaucoup trop gros et durs disons que je n’ai pas passé une nuit agréable, les serviettes qui ont été lavées tellement de fois qu’elles sont devenues fines, les cafards qui se baladent le soir sur les canapés extérieurs, le buffet qui n’est pas bon et qui n’a pas été fait avec efforts. le dernier jour je suis ressorti avec une intoxication alimentaire…, la télé de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, la poignée du balcon était presque cassée
