Pros:

The location.

The staff, especially the lady on morning shift was extremely nice and helpful.

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The windows are paper thin and you can hear everything on the streets.

One of the two air conditioners in the suite didnt work(room 416) and the staff knew this and had turned it off and were still booking customers into the room. When we complained that it had been 79/80 degrees since we arrived at 2pm they continued to come up and make changes to the one running air conditioner. Finally, after 8 hours of this, I requested management so we could find out if we could cancel without penalty. Management came up and told us they didnt have a like room available but they could turn on the air conditioner in the livingroom area but that water would be leaking in the bathroom. We agreed as this seemed like the only option and canceling wasn't offered. Once the ac was turned on the temp dropped to 75 at the lowest and we used a travel fan to help with sleep 😴 as its hard to sleep in humid hot temps.

We also had an issue with the shower not draining at all during our 1st shower. Maintenance did come and correct this immediately but it was a severely clogged drained.

Hotel bien ubicado en South Miami Beach.
Pros:

La cercanía a la playa. La posibilidad de utilizar los implementos del "resort". Sillas y sombrilla en la playa. aunque no estoy seguro si la tarifa del "resort" (35 dólares por persona) lo justifique.

Cons:

No había canales de televisión. Sólo aplicaciones, todas de pago. Único hotel sin televisión que he visitado. Nos quedamos sin ver el fútbol en pleno campeonato mundial 2026. El desayuno demasiado costoso.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa.
Destacar la atención de Lily, quien fue amable en todo sentido, la mejor.

Cons:

Que habían trabajos a las afueras en la madrugada pero eso escapa del hotel porque eran trabajos externos.
