Good location on terms of being near the town center, size of the room was nice.
I felt that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned after the last visitor I found a lot of long hairs in the bed. The only other negative would be the cleaning standards of the cutlery, glasses and plates at breakfast.
The rooms were very modern the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty.

Room too small even though paid for deluxe. Room unbearably hot. Full English was greasy. Pastries weren't fresh. Towels were worn and thin. Needs some money investing in it.

Nice comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. Good choice for breakfast.
Room too hot. Window wouldn't open painted shut.. No toilet paper in bathroom. Fan was rubbish. In need of decorating to freshen up walls. Manager on arrival was not very polite or friendly. Beer tasted weak and watery. No ice for drinks. Long wait for cooked breakfast. Eggs overcooked.
A very good price for a last minute booking, private bathroom and in the centre of Rotherham. Great value to be honest.
Difficult to find the entrance and way aroubd, better signage would be helpful. Rooms were a little dated.
The breakfast was incredible.Hot plate also a bonus to keep your food hot.
a lot of rubbish/broken furniture etc dumped around the site.Hanging baskets/flowers would have made the place look amazing.Not a problem though just an observation
