Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location and very stylish

Cons:

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows had some stains on - a queen size was too small for me and my husband too, I’ll remember that for next time

Un hôtel cosy et calme
Pros:

Chambre avec salle de bain confortable, avec l'équipement de base adéquat (et la climatisation!), très calme, joliment décorée, donnant sur de beaux arbres à l'extérieur. Quartier calme, en sécurité, proche des parcs. Plusieurs cafés et restaurant sympas à proximité. Facilement accessible avec la gare de paddington à 10min. Personnel serviable.

Good location. Some rooms don’t have windows that open at all so cannot get fresh air. Bathrooms have a bad smell.

Our room smelt when we entered (from the bathroom) and the windows didn’t open at all which we were only informed about after we checked into our room and were confronted by the smell.

Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, das Essen in Restaurant ist auch nicht schlecht. Insgesamt würde ich diese Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein (ich weiß schon, als ich das gebucht habe), aber sehr gut ausgestattet! Alle unsere Sachen hat reingepasst. Rezeption Leute sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Frühstück ist ein bisschen komisch.
1. Keine Auswahl von Kaffee, das war ok, aber der Filter Kaffee schmeckt zu leicht.
2. Englisch Breakfast kann man nur mit Vegan Fleisch bestellen. Das ist doch schade, dass die Gäste die traditionelle Küche nicht richtig probieren können.
3. Set-Menu Frühstück muss auch ein Tag vorher gebucht werden, sonst kann man nicht essen, sondern normale Menu bestellen (relativ deutlich Preis Unterschied, das kann man merken).
4. Wir waren spät Abend noch mal zu Restaurant gekommen für Dessert. Die Bedingungen (ein Mädchen und ein Jung) waren sehr freundlich. Aber ein Bedingung für Frühstück hat uns mit Absicht ignoriert, sondern unsere Nachbartisch, der deutlich später als wir gekommen sind, zuerst bedient und bezahlen lassen. Das finden wir nicht so schön.
