Room was ok bed comfortable staff outstanding. Scooter was fairly new and ran well.
Located in a area that was not great for me. The Scooter was needed to go everywhere. We paid a premium price. I would have stayed closer to LIO beach.
AC was noisy. I got many Mosquito bites and I have no idea how they were getting into the room.
Al principio nuestra llegada fue un poco caótica: nuestra habitación (tiny room) muy pequeña (es cierto que ya nos advirtieron antes de ir pero el problema fue que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba (nos dijeron que estaba roto) y decidimos asumir el cambio de habitación a una superior pagando unos 3000 pesos más simplemente para no morir sin tener aire acondicionado. Esta nueva habitación era naturalmente más grande y no estaba mal. El aire enfriaba muy bien.
Luego nos dieron una moto con la rueda pinchada, que por suerte se dio cuenta un señor aleatorio de la calle porque si no, hubiéramos hecho un trayecto de 30 minutos con la rueda pinchada. Al comunicárselo al personal, rápidamente nos cambiaron la moto.
El desayuno también está bien. Además viene con una bebida tipo Shake y eso se agradece.
Por último el tener un free Massage diario también está genial y se agradece mucho porque la masajista es genial.
La mañana de nuestro check out nos dimos cuenta que nos faltaba dinero, al rededor de unos 15000 php (pesos filipinos) y 100 euros. El día anterior entraron en nuestra habitación para limpiarla mientras estábamos haciendo un island hopping y justo después de eso nos faltaba el dinero.
Nadie más entró en la habitación y nada estaba revuelto, pero sacaron el dinero de un sobre que teníamos en la mochila.
Al comunicarle al personal lo que nos había ocurrido intentaron contactar con la persona que entro a limpiar pero estaba en su día libre y no les contestó. Luego nos animaron a ir a la policía para poner una denuncia. Nada más. No nos ayudaron en nada más. Si quiera nos pidieron disculpas.
De hecho, antes de irnos y después de haber perdido casi 300 euros, nos hicieron pagar el extra de la habitación (unos 3000 pesos).
Todo está situación nos frustró mucho porque no pudimos solucionar nada y nos tuvimos que ir de el nido a coron sin nuestro dinero y sin ninguna garantía de poder recuperarlo.
Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, great menu variety and delicious food, very safe and private property, cute little dog and cat on property, scooter, pool, massage and laundry services available, well maintained and beautiful rooms and finally reasonably priced.

Loved this property, we stayed in the budget apartment however it was a good size for us as a couple, the bed was comfy, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was amazing and so was the pool area!
Was amazed to find out we had a free 30 minute massage everyday which was also amazing!

Jag gillade allt med boendet. Personalen var så trevliga och ödmjuka, städningen var perfekt, jätte rent, frukosten var god och läget var också perfekt, nära till allt. Ett mycket stort plus är scootern man får inkluderat, lätt att ta sig till olika stränder och sevärdheter.
A decent set of apartments. The best attribute of this place is the staff (particularly Ryan, who helped us organise activities and airport transfers), breakfast and the scooter that comes with it. The rooms are okay, clean but very standard. The location is pretty good. You are a little bit away from main town, but it's a 10 min scooter ride away. It's nice if you want to escape the hectic centre and be a little closer to other areas of the island (Lio beach, ~25 min ride to Nacpan). Overall, would recommend if you are happy to be out the way a bit and are not looking for the comfort/luxury that would come with a bigger hotel/resort.
The location is a little remote, in the sticks a bit, so you are exposed to wildlife. We had a lot of ants on the bedroom wall so had to move the bed to the other side unfortunately. It was okay once we adjusted to it. Other than that, the only other critique is the shower pressure isn't great and the WiFi is intermittent. Otherwise, it is pretty much what we expected.

La habitación numero 5 era enana. Muy pequeña para 2 personas, apenas podíamos movernos. Si es para una noche bien pero estuvimos 3 y encima cancelaron tour por mal tiempo lo que hizo que estuviéramos mas tiempo en la habitación y se nos hizo muy agobiante. El desayuno bueno pero poca variedad
La location de scooter est inclue très appréciable pour se déplacer. La chambre était nickel, le personnel aussi.

Takes 2 minutes to walk to breakfast area from Apartments. Seen a previous review saying 10minutes. No idea how it took them that long.
Nice having chromecast in the room to connect up Netflix through your phone.
Nice small pool and lie out area with shade.
Response time from the host was great
Allowed us a late check out as nobody was checking into the room on the day!

12minute drive from town but the scooters were a huge help
The bed was comfortable and we slept well once the noise settled down. The massage service was excellent – truly relaxing and the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was also good, with a decent selection and fresh options.
Apartment did not match the photos on Booking.com. The walls had visible mould, the sofa and walls were dirty, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell.
The noise level around the property was extremely high and we even saw a rat outside the entrance area. Overall the apartment felt poorly maintained and far below what was advertised.
