Très bon hôtel pour résider et profiter de Cozumel
Pros:

Le tunnel pour rejoindre le restaurant et la plage sans traverser la route.
Le snorkel devant l'hôtel, avec l'entrée dans un bassin facile d'accès pour les enfants.
Le confort général de l'hôtel.
Le prix très correct pour la prestation (en période vasse)

Cons:

La salle de bain pleine d'eau après les douches
Le manque de serveur dans les bars (même s'il y avait peu de clients)
Le sol glissant quand il est mouillé

Emplacement de choix pour être récupéré par les bateaux de plongée. L’accès privé à la baignade en mer. La zone de détente avec transat. La vue du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner buffet. La proximité à 20min à pied du centre.

Muy bonitas instalaciones, muy limpio

Cons:

El personal muy mala atención, hasta molestos para atendernos, es incómodo eso, y se veía la diferencia con el trato a los extranjeros, la verdad esa parte esta muy mal, no creo volver, lastima del hotel tan bonito 😞

Large pool area, happy and attentive staff. Didn't expect I would be enjoying the hammock in the room as much as I did. Good value if you spend most of your time diving and for the couple of nights we were there, my family seemed to enjoy the facilities during the day when there were only a handful of guests.

Cons:

Rooms definitely show their age, food was so-so. I didn't understand the restaurant system (first time AI stay in Mexico), reception should have picked up on that and given more explanations or materials.

El buffet de la cena era absolutamente ridículo. Chuleta y pollo siendo lo mas barato que hay en carnes en el mercado. No habia nada de calidad.
El refri de la habitacion no funcionaba
Los cócteles sabían a plástico
Solo se podía tomar vino tinto.
