L’emplacement, le cadre, la piscine, la chambre, la restauration excellente, la mer qui est sublime, et le personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Mention toute particulière pour Cynthia, d’une gentillesse peux commune.

eravamo molto spaventati dalle recensioni e temevamo che fosse stata una brutta scelta.
Invece, il personale si é dimostrato super disponibile e gentile, soprattutto considerato che uno degli ospiti aveva un’allergia alimentare e hanno fatto l’impossibile perché potesse mangiare tutto senza problemi.
Le camere molto semplice e forse un po’ umide a causa del tempo; il ristorante aveva abbastanza scelta e varietà in tutti i vari pasti.
Comoda la spiaggia con accesso al mare con le scalette, già qui c’è già un po’ da vedere con le maschere!

Buena ubicación, gran hotel

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro, lo cual lo hace una opción inmejorable. La amabilidad del personal es algo que te hace volver, la comida es deliciosa, siendo buffet se esmeraban en hacerlo delicioso, quizás no hay muchas opciones pero con lo que hay estarás muy bien. Las instalaciones están bien muy bueno que tienes un acceso al mar privado, muy bonita la experiencia, destaco ampliamente que para los competidores del ocean man se esmeraron por tener opciones de desayuno a las 5:00 am, gran gesto

Las instalaciones del lobby y la habitación se perciben un poco viejas, quizás hay trabajo por actualizarlas, pero no hace mal tu estancia, solo que las cosas de madera hace que te sientas en un hotel antiguo, pero en general es un lugar al que volvería

Poolen var stor og rigtig dejlig.

Cons:

Hotellet er meget slidt og gammel, der var mangel på personale og virkelig dårlig service.

Til frokost skulle vi bestille fra menu-kort. Det tog op til 20min inden de kom efter bestilling og igen ca. 30 - 45 min inden maden kom. Det gider man simpelthen ikke bruge sin ferie på. Man kunne KUN bestille mad, hvis man sad ved frokost-baren. Isen var der én slags af - chokolade. De serverede ikke kaffe/the.
Alt i alt var maden skuffende - bestemt ikke All inclusive værd.

De svarede aldrig på de mails jeg sendte, kun vedrørende dykning, som de selv har på hotellet.

Bella la posizione di fronte al mare

Cons:

Lo staff probabilmente sotto organico, non è all' altezza di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Durante o pasti le bevande dovevamo prenderle da soli perché totalmente ignorati. La qualità e scelta del cibo scadente e assente. Cosa importante: alle 12 ti tagliano il braccialetto e bye bye.. non si ha più diritto a nulla. Un all inclusive poco all, e poco inclusive. Personale assente abbiamo chiesto più volte un asciugamano che mancava alla stanza e alla fine ci hanno dato un telo mare in più per accontentarci, i bar senza baristi. Sparivano per delle ore lasciando vuota la postazione. Prima di prenotare qui cercate qualcosa si altro. Non si meritano i vostri soldi.

Es un hotel local. El personal es muy amable y atento. Aunque tiene varios años lo tienen muy bien cuidado, son muy limpios y ordenados. El área de playa es muy bonita, la alberca es grande y limpia. El desayuno y la cena están muy bien. Sin duda la recomiendo, fue una buena experiencia. Tuvieron muchas atenciones con nosotros.

A la comida le falta variedad pero es porque hay poca gente.

Fantastic family holiday desrination
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with the most beautiful swimming pool area and close proximity to the ocean. Although rooms are dated, they are spacious with a nice balcony. Food options were good, drink options aligned with our expectations, nice entertainment and really nice staff!!! Loved the fact that we could get the snorkelling equipment free of charge. Close to two big supermarkets. The shop onsite was great!

Small changes could make a big difference:
a) coffee maker in the room
b) bottled water replaced in the room every day
c) water shoes sold in the shop

Mi pequeña visita a Vozumel
Pros:

La ubicación, está muy cerca del puerto para tomar el ferry y tiene incluído el snorkel

Cons:

Cierran muy temprano las actividades y el día de tu llegada ya no puedes disfrutar de muchas cosas
