Location. It was very close to the HK border crossing, some good shopping malls around, easy to walk to the subway.
I think I was upgraded, my room was massive and so comfortable.
I had a package delivered there before I got to the hotel and it was easy to get.
The service was good, I emailed them a few days before with some questions and they were very helpful.
Me and family admire the front desk lady Lena Cheng's attitude and her helpful gesture. She is lovely and very very very helpful.
Lena and Helen were absolutely exceptional during our stay. Extremely helpful and very fluent in English.

attentive staff, lovely room
Great service from front counter staffs, specifically Ms. Amy, who assisted to upgrade our room (with some extra charge) from corner room to center room, and arranged for complimentary welcome drinks and a simple cake (for our anniversary).
Location is also convenient with 4 MRT stations nearby and lots of eateries and restaurants within walking distance.
We stayed on the 19th floor, which there are signs at the lift lobby stating it's a non-smoking floor. But there was a man who sat at the chair at the lift lobby smoking at least 2 cigarettes while there were hotel cleaning staffs around but no one stop him! (We didn't stopped him because he saw which room we came out from) The whole lift lobby and corridors was filled with smell of smoke for the whole day.

Very impressed. The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff provided excellent service, especially Laury Xu. The location is great, not far from tourist attractions.

Location
The whole stay at the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was very comprehensive - had a wide range of both western and asian options and I loved the fact that many healthy breakfast options available and each morning the options were very different (ie. we had steamed sweet potatos and corn as steamed veg options and next day there were vegetarian buns and other veg). The egg station had many different options, which I was very impressed with! The pool and spa was very nice and all staff very professional and friendly.
We also ordered room service, and the food was excellent and good price.
Thank you again for the staff who were very friendly, efficient and professional. We had a wonderful stay.
The building was a little old, but again in good renovation. The only thing that annoyed me was the sound of water draining from the toilet sink, but it wasn't so bad.
