Pros:

Room spacious with a nice view and comfy bed.
The staff was very responsive and helpful, especially Xie the butler was very nice !

Cons:

Very little towel hangers to dry the towel. Please also refill the coffee pods every day (we had to ask every morning)

Cons:

窗戶不隔音，所以早上會有點吵。 然後浴室的泡澡不是很方便，會一直漏水出去、水裝不滿。然後他們是中央空調，所以只能開暖氣，我們是從美國來的，所以到了當地覺得很熱 但是沒冷氣 所以只能開窗通風。我想問問是唯一的缺點吧！

Sehr sauber, moderne Ausstattung, hilfsbereites Personal, hohe Flexibilität (noch kurz vor meiner Anreise konnte ich die Daten ändern ohne jegliche Zusatz Kosten). Darüber hinaus sehr schön gelegen! Tolle Gegend!

We loved our stay and would book again!
Pros:

Location, room and breakfast were great! But it was certainly the staff that made it an exceptionally nice stay. Such kind and helpful employees at the front desk. A special thank you to Evy and Charlie for everything. Additionally, our room was entirely refreshed every day. Plus they offer laundry services! Many luxurious services for a neat and very affordable hotel.

Cons:

The restaurant level bathrooms could be cleaner and perhaps renovated, but this didn't really impact our stay or the cleanliness elsewhere.
