הצוות היה נחמד ומסביר פנים ומאד שרותי. הבריכה היתה נחמדה. המסאז היה טוב.ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה.

Cons:

תחזוקת החדר היתה לא טובה . בעיקר בחדר רחצה. מנורות ליד המיטה היו רופפות. הספא ממוקם באזור לא משהו... אין מעלית ולכן נאלצנו לעלות את המזוודה לקומה 2 בעצמנו. עקב הבנייה באזור התעוררנו ב 7 בגלל הקידוחים.
המחיר שדילמנו היה לא זול ולא מצדיק את המקום

Pros:

Der ganze Hotelkomplex ist sehr schön gemacht. Es.gibt Wasser, Snacks und süsses gratis. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Deluxe Suite sehr gross.

Cons:

Das Zimmer idt eher kalt eingerichtet, kaum Fenster. Ansonsten gut.

אהבנו שהיה ג'קוזי בחדר
ואת פינות הישיבה הנעימות בדרך אל החדר

לצערנו החדר היה גרוע
- מרצפות שבורות
- דלת שירותים לא נסגרת, אפס פרטיות!
- מדרגה קטנה באמצע החדר, כמעט נפלתי..
- הג'קוזי מסוכן, סכנת החלקה, אין התקני אחיזה לכניסה ויציאה מהג'קוזי
- הכריות במיטה לא נוחות

זוועה היינו עייפים ועצבניים וקיבלנו חדר ב19:00 בערב

ב7:00 בבוקר התחילו לעבוד בקידוח מחוץ למקום והעיר אותנו משינה
לאורך כל השהייה של יום ראשון היה רעש מחריד
היו צריכים להגיד שעובדים בחוץ לא הגיוני שבאים לנוח ובאים לאתר בניה !!!!!!
