Pros:

Comfortable clean, close to airport and train station with free shuttle to/from both.
Excellent breakfast available from 6am so perfect for our stop overnight and set us up for our onward journey.

Just Ok for a late check in and early check out
Pros:

Close to the airport and free breakfast

Cons:

We were told that breakfast was until 9:30 when we checked in. We showed up to breakfast at 9:05 to find out that it was done at 9:00 :(

Also, the air conditioning is SUPER loud! Plus there is no remote to control it, we barely slept all night unfortunately

Customer service is a big part of the hotel experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impress

I am very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The female receptionist with curly hair was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I booked the room online for my mother, and she was not aware that a damage deposit was required upon check-in. When she was asked to pay the deposit, she did not have cash with her, and the card she brought had already exceeded its available limit at that time. Instead of explaining the situation politely and professionally, the receptionist repeatedly raised her voice while speaking to my mother.

What made the situation even worse was that she seemed to be looking down on my mother and treating her with disrespect while my mother was simply trying to explain the situation. Regardless of any payment issues, guests deserve to be treated with courtesy, patience, and respect.

Customer service is a big part of the hotel experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression on us. I hope the management provides additional customer service training to ensure that all guests are treated professionally and respectfully.

⭐ 1/5 – Due to the poor and disrespectful service provided by the receptionist.
