We had another wonderful stay at Mr Cas Hotels Taksim. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is warm, and the hospitality is exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Jehan and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. As a mother, I especially appreciated how they always helped my teenage children by guiding them around the area whenever they needed assistance. Mr. Çan, the owner, and his staff truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable. Returning guests are always welcomed with warmth and made to feel like part of the family. Their attention, friendliness, and dedication are what keep us coming back.
Nothing. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.
The room was very beautiful and the personal where very friendly. If you have a question they are always very open to help you with the matter. When our taxi arrived Benjamin walked with us towards it to make sure we took the right one.

The street can be loud sometimes
Хороший отель в центральном районе, всё под рукой. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, организовали утренний ранний трансфер "минута в минуту". Семейный номер просторный. Стиль отеля впечатляет.

Замечательный отель в историческом здании, однозначно рекомендую! Невероятное оформление как общих зон, так и самого номера. Расположение - отличное, на самой главной улице, где все под рукой

Great location most of the attractions you can walk to the street is full of tourist and affordable shops
the club next door might keep you up best to pick the rooms at the back. The hotel did provide us with earplugs. We would’ve appreciated a daily cleaning service, the stuff was not very flexible

Noisy at night.
Отличный отель, очень уютно и со своей историей. В отеле тихо не смотря на то что находится он на шумном улице. Персонал вежливый учел все наши предпочтения. Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить портье Бенедикту
