Pros:

Sema, Ali and Hakan at the reception were extremely helpful, friendly and kind!

Très bon séjour à Sultanahmet - Excellent service malgré quelques détails techniques
Pros:

Une adresse très fiable avec un service de premier ordre, qui frôlerait la perfection avec un meilleur Wi-Fi et une maintenance plus rigoureuse des chambres.

Personnel (10/10): Un sans-faute absolu. De la réception au service, l'ensemble de l'équipe est d'un professionnalisme et d'une réactivité exemplaires.

Emplacement & Sécurité (10/10): Situation idéale en plein cœur de Sultanahmet, à deux pas de la Mosquée Bleue et du tramway. Le quartier est sûr.

Confort phonique (8/10): L'isolation est très correcte pour le centre-ville. On entend légèrement le tramway, mais cela ne gâche en rien les nuits.

Petit-déjeuner (8/10): Inclus, correct et bien diversifié.

Cons:

Réseau Wi-Fi : La qualité de la connexion internet est trop juste. Le débit est insuffisant pour un usage fluide.

Maintenance des chambres : La porte des toilettes fermait mal, ce qui a posé un problème d'intimité assez gênant pour mon fils. Un contrôle de la menuiserie s'impose

Family owned boutique hotel in a great location with exceptional staff
Pros:

A very helpful reception team who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. All of the staff were upbeat and welcoming which made a big difference in such a busy city. The bedroom was very comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony and a big bathroom. The breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the apple teas and onsite availability of quality food and drinks.

Cons:

Wifi could be boosted on the 4th floor and more towel rails would be a plus

La característica de este hotel es que guarda la imagen de un hotel antiguo con una recepción que es una mesa …al ser un 4 estrellas de categoría especial imagine otra cosa pero las habitaciones estaban perfectas !!

Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptionally good . We received a warm welcome and the hotel was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here. The location is also very handy. The staff were all great and sema at reception was very efficient and helpful.

Great Hotel in Fabulous Location! Fab Staff too!
Pros:

We loved the location, close to everything. The staff were friendly and the rooms fantastic. We had a large suite but daughter had a lovely large room too. Breakfast perfect and better than any other hotel we visited in Turkey. Would definitely visit Faros again.

Cons:

Again, due to location if you want quiet, this is not your hotel but it really didn’t bother us. Not terrible and not till too late.
