Pros:

Warm and friendly reception. The female receptionist who works in the mornings is exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Housekeeper was friendly and responsive. The property is close to all the excitement and hubbub of Old City but an oasis from it as well. Food at breakfast was excellent. Restaurant was excellent as well. This is a very well-managed property and we had an excellent stay.

Eine top Adresse die Lage ist unschlagbar!! Die freundlichkeit überragend , die Zimmer gut geschnitten,gemütlich und sehr sauber!! Das Frühstück war immer lecker und Abends konnte man den Flair von Istanbul draussen mit einem Drink geniessen!!

Cons:

Fruhstuck ist gar nicht ausreichend , keine grosse auswahl. 2 Sorte Schinken und 2 sorte kase auf plate und das war ! Kaffe gu bekommen muss mann 10 min warten trodzdem das ich bin als erste gewesswn am morgen .

Memorable - would recommend - great staff.
Pros:

Couldn't be a better location for all the tourist sights. Most walking distance and very close to tram stops. Lovely, comfortable room - magnificent shower head - we're going to buy one! Attractive bar and breakfast room offering everything you would expect for either european or turkish.

Cons:

Room for a bed side table on both sides?

The staff were very kind and exceptionally hospitable. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Hakan, who was always available throughout our stay to offer advice and guide us with anything we needed.

Отличное расположение в самом центре, приятные чистые номера, вежливый персонал, старинное как понимаю здание. В отзывах много пишут что страшный шум от трамваев - все так, они практически въезжают к вам в окно если вы живете на первом этаже как мы)) Но лично нам этот шум не мешал, скорее романтика.
Завтрак слегка минималистичный, но в целом достаточный.

Cons:

Факап с предложенным отелем трансфером и заранее подтвержденным. По факту в назначенном месте стоял человек в списке которого нас не оказалось, после сообщений в отель начались вялые поиски, трансфер нашелся, сказали подождать, потом еще подождать... А потом, протоптавшись так полчаса на ветру и под накрапывавшем дождем, плюнули и уехали на обычном городском по счетчику. Получилось чуть дороже.

Good location in Istanbul!
Pros:

Very decent rooms and a great location short walk from the blue mosque!

Cons:

Breakfast was limited. Services and late checkout availability could improve but otherwise overall was a decent stay.
