A limited number of parking spaces is available. Covered spaces can be reserved at an additional cost, but as they are in a double line setting, the key must always be left at the reception.

the SPA Area is prohibited for children. From the age of 16 to 18teen the access is allowed but only with their parents. In term to reduce the environmental footprint we only use reusable spa slippers which can be rented out or sold. Guest can bring as well their own.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Fabulous hotel for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Superb location just minutes away from the train station. It was a pleasant surprise to find a tea- and coffeemaker in my room. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet: I did not hear anything going on outside of my room as if I was the only one on the entire floor (which I wasn't of course). Don't miss spa, it was a very nice and relaxing experience. Fabulous breakfast with a wide selection of dellicious recently baked bread and Swiss cheeses. I loved evening tea offered to the guests. It was nice to see the dedication to sustainability.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and will be happy to book it again if I travel to Champéry again.

Cons:

I'd suggest expanding the selection of teas, there were only 2 or 3 kinds of tea offered at breakfast.

Une agréable parenthèse loin des canicules de la plaine !
Pros:

Tout était parfait, literie, vue, et surtout hôtel très cosy avec décoration originale, montagnarde et chaque coin attire le regard par le soin apporté aux détails. Charmant.

Cons:

Juste un détail le réglage de la douche (chambre 24) n'était pas stable il fallait jongler sans cesse avec le mélangeur.
Un détail au vu de tout le reste qui est parfait.

Un établissement que je ne peux que recommander! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!
Pros:

Le personnel était très souriant et aimable, la chambre confortable et cosy. Quant au Spa, il était vraiment magnifique avec un caisson de flottaison que nous avons adoré. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était parfait avec un grand choix et toujours ré-approvisionné. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement et nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

A lovely, cozy hotel in a traditional style with breathtaking views. Quietly located and very well situated within the village.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - there weren’t even eggs available to boil yourself, only cold options. Before a long day of hiking, I would have appreciated a more protein-rich meal with at least 1 warm choice.

Le confort, la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement idéal, la beauté du mélange entre l'ancien traditionnel et le moderne dans l'architecture et la déco, le petit déjeuné complet et composé que de bons produits, les détails qui font plaisir tel que l’accès libre au thé et à la verveine bien chaud toute la nuit ainsi que le spa magnifique et accecible même après le check-out grâce au vestiaire avec casier... font de cet hôtel un petit bijoux à Champéry! C'est un 3 étoiles qui a tout d'un 4 étoiles 🌟 Vivement notre prochain séjour!

Riposante, posto meraviglioso con margine di miglioramento.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, vista impagabile dalla camera, buona energia, personale molto gentile; in particolare il Signore del ristorante che è stato estremamente simpatico e attento alle nostre esigenze. Cibo di qualità. Prezzi competitivi, Chalet molto caratteristico.

Cons:

La pulizia può migliorare e c'è un problema di comunicazione tra il personale. All'accoglienza ci ha dato le chiavi una ragazza delle colazioni, la reception non è sempre aperta, mi hanno chiesto più volte una cosa a cui avevo già risposto, diverse dimenticanze e piccoli errori. Nessuno ci ha detto che avevamo uno sconto per il Palladium e altre strutture. Poca attenzione al cliente.
Personalmente credo che ci sia semplicemente un problema di leadership poco chiara, e di cattiva gestione del personale, comunicazione inefficace.

A wonderfully cosy and relaxing stay with exceptional staff and fantastic spa facilities.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, perfectly complementing the remarkably clean and cosy environment of the property. The spa facilities exceeded expectations with a fantastic variety of relaxation options. Added to this was a superb daily breakfast and the highly convenient, stress-free parking. I would gladly return.
