LA COMIDA PUEDE MEJORAR
El jardín es bonito
Las camas eran muy viejas e incómodas, cuando te tumbabas te hundías en ellas ya que son de muelles y no se han cambiado desde hace muchos años. Por otro lado, el WC de mi habitación se estropeó y salió agua por todo. No había internet y no había servicio de restaurante para comer o cenar, solo desayuno y los restaurantes más cercanos están a 5-6 km del hotel, por lo tanto es muy incomodo. El personal fue muy desagradable ya que a pesar de todo nos dio una habitación inferior a la que habíamos pagado y estuvieron haciendo comentarios sobre mi personalidad que pude escucharlos perfectamente.

La alberca muy pequeña y fría el agua, no sirve el WiFi, muy caro y no incluye desayuno.
La hacienda es hermosa y la atención inigualable!!!! Mi estancia fue excelente!!!

Smallest room I have ever been (Azalea). Old mattress in my bed, bowed and with old and yellow sheets. Found prosthetic eyelashes from the guest before next to the sink in the bathroom, very unpleasant. Lamp next to the bed not working, had to get up from bed to turn the main lights off.

I must say that... everything! You have lots of space and you can enjoy each area of the building by your own. It's a great choice if you have pets and kids.
Nothing everything meet my expectations
The place is super relaxing, the room has a great view, one side to the gardens and the other to the mountain so you can really disconnect from the city stress, definitely would like to come back for a longer stay.
Hacienda la Moreda is a beautiful place to stay away from the noise of the city. It’s located about 50 minutes from Guadalajara. The beauty of this colonial house is incredible. The family who owns it has done a great job preserving the installations and the sense of it. The purpose of our travel was a medical treatment that had side effects for two days (high fever and body aches). We were not able to get out of our rooms for two days and the staff took care of us as if we were at our own house. They brought us hot teas, aguas frescas and fresh fruits to our room so we did have to go out. Their kindness, patience and honesty is something we has never experience in any other place we stayed in the past. The food is home made and delicious. There is coffee 24/7 for the guests and the installations are amazing. It has a spa, pools and a enough space to relax. We loved it in here. Definitely will recommend to any of our family or friends traveling to Guadalajara.
