Pros:

This is very kind for the big cc motor vehicle first choice hotel,the staff allowing park in front the main door

near to jonker street and the places we like to visit

Cons:

i was locked in the Toilet for more than 20 min due the door knob came off , my friends call receptionist to get assistance but no house keeping came to attend. after struggling to refix the knob and finally manage to open door to get out. Very scary experience if no one in the room or single occupant , what would happen. after vhecking out we toled the receptionist again to attend before happening to others. secondly the bed is dusty , other wise all is ok

walking distance to jonker street and nearby attractive location. private parking, but limited quantity.

Cons:

must lock ur door at night !!!! Someone managed to open my room midnight around 2.30am, i was awake with the alarm and lucky i locked my door with swing bar. he then close back the door and open another 2 rooms (i can hear the door open sound). report to front desk on next morning, no feedback from hotel management as until now. terrible experience.

Regular and faithful guest.
Pros:

As a monthly traveller, all was ok.

Cons:

Bidet tap knob is slippery to open/shut, need a swivel knob as it was a problem faced these few months. Also d bathroom lighting is poor/not bright enough.
