We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was practical, and the overall design created a cozy atmosphere. The location was excellentjust a short walk across the bridge to Koblenz's beautiful Old Town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We also appreciated the easy check-in process and the friendly, responsive host, who made everything straightforward.
A special thank you to Nadia for her exceptional kindness and support during our stay. Unfortunately, I broke the screen on my iPhone and urgently needed to find a repair shop in Koblenz. Nadia was incredibly helpful and quickly recommended a place where I could get it fixed. Her willingness to assist us with an unexpected problem was truly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier.

Een prima verblijf met een goede prijskwaliteit verhouding op een goede locatie.
Pros:

We hebben ons ontbiijt zelf verzorgd hetgeen ook de bedoeling was. Op een paar honderd meter is er een bakker met elke dag verse broodjes. De locatie is ook prima. Een rustige buurt en op een kwartiertje lopen via een mooie wandeling langs en over de Moezel naar het centrum.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Een klein minpuntje is misschien dat de totale ruimte is wat klein om door te gaan voor een appartement. Het heeft meer de indruk van een hotelkamer met aparte badkamer dan van een appartement. Er is overigens wel een volwaardig keukenblok aanwezig.

Behulpzaamheid van de host. Huiselijk, aangenaam appartement. De locatie dicht bij het centrum. Welkomgeschenk: wijn, water en koekjes stonden klaar. Mogelijkheid tot fietsenstalling op de binnenkoer.

Pros:

Wir haben auf einer Fahrradtour Station in Koblenz gemacht und im Modern Stay & Cosy Apartments übernachtet. Das Apartment war liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber, die keine Mühe gescheut haben, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ganz besonders freundlich war, dass sie uns einen Gegenstand, den wir dort vergessen hatten zugeschickt haben. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen und kommen immer gerne wieder.
