Pros:

Location was good. Next to Aeon Permas. Walking distance. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The aircon was not well maintain.. The room was kind of humid even after the maintenance rectified the aircon issue.

Cons:

Room was slightly smaller than expected and our room did not have a window.
Slightly dates facilities compared to modern accommodations in the area. But not bad at all.
