muy agradable solo que booking tiene que tener actualizadas el tipo de habitacion

No cumplieron con la habitacion reservada de vista a la piscina, nos dieron la que quisieron o teninan, sin vista a la psicina al parecer segun el hotel AWA el tipo de habitacion que ofrece booking no corresponde con el tipo de habitacion que manejan realmente, se habia reservado en planta baja vista a la piscina por la accesibilidad por una persona con problemas dew movilidad, y es un alojamiento que no tiene para acceso con silla de rueda. NO ES HOTEL APTO PARA SILLA DE RUEDAS EN 1er o 2o NIVEL.

Pros:

This property is quite gorgeous and the architecture very unique.

Cons:

There is sand everywhere! Not for anyone with mobility issues. No elevators.

Atardecer en holbox.
Pros:

Los atardeceres son maravillosos, la atención del personal esta increíble, la comida es muy rica, las vistas son muy bonitas 👌 , las fotos de la habitación son tal cual, pero lo que más destaco fue la atención. Es fácil conseguir el taxi frente al hotel y tienen muchas amenidades.

Cons:

No me gusto la entrada a la playa, esta demasiado rocosa, el día 1 no tuvimos agua caliente, lograron resolverlo al día siguiente, y que la ubicación respecto al centro de holbox no esta muy clara, en la descripción marca que 1 min caminando a playa holbox y a cocos 10 min pero es necesario tomar taxi 🚕 .

Paradisiaque !! Foncez c’est l’un des meilleurs hôtel que j’ai pu faire de ma vie.
Nous avons accès à la piscine et à la mère dans l’hôtel ainsi que plein d’activités chaque jour.
J’adore ! 10/10

It was a spectacular stay. I would definitely stay again
Pros:

I loved that the service matched the atmosphere and aesthetic. The customer service was exceptional. They supported with everything we needed even ordering late night food from another restaurant and ensuring it was delivered. The Presidential Suite rooftop with the tub was such a dream and the views were spectacular. The sunsets in the evening were breathtaking and the beaches were so pristine. I also loved the intimacy of the boutique hotel that has a larger hotel feel as it relates to service. The pool was also a great space to socialize. We met a few friends while swimming downstairs, I love that the pools are open to the public even if youre not staying in the rooms with the outdoor pool seating area.

Cons:

The best we a little too firm and the food at the beach club was subpar and a bit overpriced. The water in the shower was lukewarm. It never got fully hot but I would stay here again!
