Das Essen im Restaurant ist der sensationell, das Personal super nett. Auf jeden Fall würde ich das Hotel empfehl

Excellent staff, lovely rooms but smell of drains put us off relaxing on thier beach. Very easy to get a taxi into town

Romantic getaway off the beaten path
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, clean, and modern. Staff were extremely warm and attentive. Excellent communication via whatsapp before and during our stay. Strong wifi throughout the property. The food by Chef William Saurina was phenomenal.

Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel on an island within an eco reserve. It's off the beaten path - not the center of a metropolis. Power or water may be briefly interrupted. But if you can accept that and like to explore the road less travelled, AWA is gorgeous and highly recommend!!

Cons:

Unfortunately due to time of year there was a lot of Sargasso seaweed which made the beach uninviting and smelled quite strongly.

Excelente escapada de puente!! Una gran experiencia!
Pros:

Excelentes desayunos y comidas. La calidad y preparación de los alimentos es muy buena. Todo en verdad delicioso! Felicidades! La habitación que nos asignaron en la Torre Muuch super limpia, amplia, con una decoración hermosa y de muy buen gusto para la playa. Con áreas comunes exclusivas, casi privadas, y muy confortables.
Las camas y almohadas muy confortables, servicio de café y agua en la suite, mini bar para guardar nuestras compras.
El personal del hotel es muy amable, servicial, se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir en casa y atendido en todo momento. Desde el inicio que hice la reservación, me ofrecieron tours, me gestionaron toda la experiencia de una manera muy atenta y profesional.
En especial nuestro Mayordomo Omar, con una gran experiencia en servicio, solución de situaciones, atención constante y amabilidad con los huéspedes.

Cons:

Con respecto a la operación del hotel no tengo ningun mal comentario. Es mas bien enfocado al tema del sargazo en la playa, pues la locación del hotel no cuenta con suficiente zona de arena, y la que tiene estaba cubierta por una gran cantidad de sargazo que los trabajadores recogían cada mañana.

Onvergetelijk!
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel met ontzettend lief en gastvrij personeel. In het bijzonder willen we Aldahir, een van de serveerders, bedanken. Hij was ontzettend goed in zijn werk en heeft ons bovendien van alles verteld over het eiland. Ook de appartementen zijn prachtig. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen dit hotel dan ook zeker aanraden!

Tolles Hotel mit viel Flair und dennoch ein Aber..

Wir fanden das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen.
Unsere upper level Suite hatte einen Pool, mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang, das war echt Fantastisch. Wasserspender im ganzen Hotel und auch das Internet waren top.

Cons:

Frühstück ist trotz eigenem Restaurant nicht inklusive. Jenes Restaurant ist direkt an der Beachfront gelegen und bietet eine sehr gute Qualität mit extrem hohen Preisen. So kommen bei einem normalen Frühstück für zwei schnell 50-60 USD zusammen.
Auch die Snacks, Drinks und das Essen generell ist schlicht und einfach zu teuer. Dabei werden natürlich auch immer die mindestens 15% Tip erwartet.
Zum Glück gibt es in der Nähe super Alternativen zur Verköstigung.
Das Braunalgenthema ist halt wie es ist und das Hotel versucht das Beste daraus zu machen. Aber zwischen zwei Gebäuden liegt ein stinkender Saragassum-Teppich, der ein Stück weit an eine Kläranlage erinnert..Schade..

Las instalaciones son de primera clase muy moderno y comodo, su personal con muy buena actitud de servicio desde la recepción la Jefa y Office Boy (Juan) te hacen sentir como en casa.

Pros:

El personal con un alto nivel de servicio, siempre muy atentos en especial en la recepción para check inn y Out es muy facil y amigable, el restaurante de playa de muy buena calidad y servicio Gustavo y Flor te tratan como en casa.

Cons:

La playa nos toco epoca de sargazo y no pudimos disfrutar completamente de la playa, aún y cuando se trato de limpiar el sargazo todos los dias en imposible.

Instalaciones espectaculares, pero con servicios averiados y sin solución adecuada
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento, haciendo lo posible por atender nuestras necesidades. Queremos destacar especialmente a Juan, que se preocupó sinceramente por nuestro bienestar durante toda la estancia e hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano para que nuestra experiencia fuera mejor. También queremos agradecer al técnico de mantenimiento, que hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano para intentar solucionar las averías, aunque finalmente no fuera posible resolverlas durante nuestra estancia.

Por otro lado, las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares. La habitación era cómoda y espaciosa, y los restaurantes destacan tanto por sus impresionantes vistas como por la calidad de la comida. Sin duda, estos aspectos positivos hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera más agradable.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación contaba con jacuzzi (tina) y ventilador, pero ambos estaban averiados. Lo más decepcionante fue que nadie nos informó de ello durante el check-in; tuvimos que descubrirlo nosotras mismas al intentar utilizarlos.

Al comunicarlo al personal, ni siquiera nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cambiar de habitación. En su lugar, intentaron solucionar el problema sin éxito. Como resultado, pasamos los tres días de estancia sin poder utilizar el ventilador y teniendo que manipular la tina con una llave inglesa para poder usarla, algo muy incómodo y totalmente inadecuado para un alojamiento de este tipo. Además, una de nosotras se hizo un corte en un dedo al utilizar la herramienta.

Consideramos que la gestión de esta incidencia fue muy deficiente, tanto por la falta de información previa como por la ausencia de una solución efectiva. Esperábamos unas instalaciones en condiciones y una atención al cliente a la altura, pero nuestra experiencia estuvo marcada por estas molestias que podrían haberse evitado.
