Pros:

Nous avions une sublime suite vue mer avec baignoire, très spacieuse, propre et confortable.
La literie et l’insonorisation étaient excellentes.
Hotel sécurisé et moderne, personnel réactif et très sympathique.
Nous avions l’option demi-pension incluse pour les soirs : les repas étaient délicieux, avec plusieurs choix et le service était très rapide.
J’ai tout de même trouvé regrettable le fait que l’eau consommée lors des repas soit facturée !
Le petit déjeuner était très bon également, avec beaucoup de choix.
Séjour presque parfait dans l’ensemble, je recommande !

Kahvalti yeterliydi. Otel odasi rahatligi manzarasi ve çalışanların güler yüzü harikaydi.

Cons:

Odalarda avrupa uyumlu priz olabilirdi. Saç şekillendiricimi çalıştıramadım. Dönüştürücü almam gerekti.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and even had plenty staff who spoke English and were very patient with me not speaking the language

Cons:

Tenía el desayuno incluido en mi reserva y por pedir que me lo enviaran al cuarto me lo cobraron como dos desayunos completamente diferentes. Entiendo que puede haber una tasa de servicio pero no para que lo hayan cobrado sin reconocer algo que ya habia pagado. Nunca la persona que nos atendió dijo que tendría cobro extra.

No vale la PENA. NO VAYAN.

La vista de la habitación.

El personal de RECEPCION, horrible. La comida del RESTAURANTE, incomible. Los huevos del DESAYUNO, una pasta casi cruda. La INTERNET no abierta e inestable. El baño, con casi nada, ni papel TISSUE. La cafetera no ANDABA. Dos noches NO PUDE DORMIR, baje a las tres de la madrugada y termine DURMIENDO CON AURICULARES. Los ENCHUFES SON SOLO DE 220 V, norma BRASIL. TUVE QUE amenazar para que me DIERAN un ADAPTADOR, que a la salida me lo querían cobrar. ES UN HOTEL INTERNACIONAL, si no que DIGAN, SOLO PARA BRASILEROS. Cuando llegue era BIEN TARDE, NO TENIA DONDE COMPRAR, al hotel CON ESE PRECIO NO IBA A COMPRARLES un ADAPTADOR. Y LO PEOR, a la llegada Y ERA TARDE, YA NO PODIA LLAMAR a mi oficina, aunque el HOSPEDAJE ESTABA PAGO no me lo aceptaron, PORQUE ME PEDIAN QUE MUESTRE la tarjeta FISICA, que no la tenia conmigo. RESUMEN trate de pasar otra tarjeta, que me la BLOQUEO EL BANCO al denegar el pago y termine pagado con otra que SI PASO, pero NO ERA LA QUE TENGO QUE USAR. LA PASE muy MAL. NO VAYAN, NO VALE LA PENA. CARO y MALO.

Quarto não estava pronto na hora do check-in. Fui informado para esperar pelo menos 40 min para liberar o quarto. Tive que reclamar para ter alguma compensação. Inicialmente pedi late check-out, para compensar o atraso, mas foi negado. Depois de eu insistir em alguma compensação foi dado um upgrade de quarto, que já estava disponível.
