Cheap hotel stay in a sleepy town
Pros:

The location is a little difficult to find in an old historic town where there is hardly any sign of action. Peace and quiet are the best things you can get from staying here.

Cons:

The location is far from the city centre where the crowd and action are. If you do not drive, you would have difficult getting around the place for food and fun.

Simple and comfortable
Pros:

Easy to find. Friendly staffs. Reasonable space room with basic amenities. There is no bed. Instead there is wooden platform with 2 mattresses on it. The wooden platform makes it confortable to sit on the floor. The TV has variety of channels including one movie channel. The location is near to shops and restaurant which is rather convenient. The room including bathroom is rather clean. It was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The wall is a bit thin. So it is easy to hear sound from the next room.
