We didn’t even stayed there , it was so bad
Pros:

Nothing , as soon as I arrived to check in , I was welcomed by coachroaches on bed , dirty bed sheets , matress with holes , I have pics of everything, I was with family , we had to leave from there and book other accommodation at 10 PM in night and we booked the new property next day on booking com

Cons:

Not clean , cockroaches moving on bed , bed sheets not clean , stains all over, we didn’t even got the refund

Good staff and basic service, but the room cleanliness and condition did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The towels and other basic facilities were good. highly Safe and secure

Cons:

The room was not as shown in the photos on Booking.com. The small cushion and pillow covers looked dirty and seemed previously used. The bed and room condition were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I expected a better and cleaner room.

2 days before travelling, I contacted hotel and told them about my early check-in... They said OK and asked me to come to Delhi and I can reach the hotel immediately... But when I called them from Railway station many times, they took my call finally and told no room is available... They did not give proper guidance to reach the hotel itself... I told them that I will reach the hotel and will discuss with them... They simply disconnected my phone abruptly and did not my calls for hours together... I am forced to go to another hotel and spend more money... This is 3rd time in my life saving very nasty experience with booking.com in my life... You are waste people ..
