The hotel is clean, it has a good view, but after our stay we were not convinced that we should return.
Pros:

I liked the view from the balcony, we could see the Cantacuzino castle. They were nice and tried to help me organize a surprize for my boyfriend’s birthday, by putting some ballons on the bed. Unfortunately, we only found two balloons remaining, because the other ones were already popped. No one checked this prior to our arrival.
Reception staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room we were given had correspondence with another room through a door. This door between rooms implies a lack of privacy, as we could clearly hear the couple from the other room. We felt inconfortable because of this. Also, at breakfast we were closely watched by the staff, especially by a lady waiter who was not very friendly either. The atmoshere was not a relaxed one during breakfast, nor did we felt welcomed.

Spacious room, wide range of breakfast options

Cons:

The traffic in and out of Busteni is atrocious and the constant congestion spread along the road by which the hotel is located. Noise from the nearby train station and train barriers on the road disturbed our sleep despite closed windows. There is only one machine to get coffee at breakfast for the whole breakfast room, and breakfast staff were not particularly friendly. The spa was crowded.

Pros:

The views, the comfort, the SPA, the restaurant, the location. My 4-year-olds loved it.

Cons:

The broken fire alarm sensor and repeated alarms in the middle of the Friday night, although it can happen to anyone.

Minunat iar de menționat este ca restaurantul are personal excepțional iar mâncarea a fost mereu perfectă

Camera a fost superbă și foarte confortabilă, personalul minunat iar mâncarea extraordinară

Nu a funcționat jacuzzi-ul exterior sau interior în timpul în care am fost cazați

Pros:

Intai locația, vederea la munte, apropierea de Castel Cantacuzino, obiectiv pe care doream de mult sa il vizitez, abientul foarte placut, personalul atat de profesionist si organizat incat nu a fost nevoie sa cerem nimic in plus. Minunat!! Vom reveni cu siguranta.

O vacanta scurta, dar frumoasa!
Pros:

Locatia este foarte frumoasa, totul a fost conform asteptarilor, camera este foarte placuta, nu este exagerat de mare, dar nici mica, baia este mica dar este suficienta asa cum este. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut ca centru de spa pentru care am si ales aceasta locatie se inchide la ora 20:00. Cel mai potrivit ar fi sa se inchida mai tarziu, dupa ora 22:00, 23:00, 24:00

Tolle Sicht auf die Berge, ruhige sehr schicke Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Im Spa war es leider voll, es fand ein Schwimmkurs statt. Aber ansich schöner Spa!

Foarte frumos si curat hotelul
Pros:

Mi a placut foarte mult, ca era peste tot un miros frumos, totul curat si aranjat. Totul era parca nou si bine puse la punct. Angajatii toti foarte serviabili si mereu saritari.

Cons:

Nu e ca nu mi a placut numai decat, dar e umpic deranjant uneori bariera de la tren, pentru mine sau copii nu ne prea deranjeaza, doar sotia e umpic mai sensibila cu sunetele 😁 dar stiam dinainte unde ne am cazat ca e posibil sa se mai auda trenu sau bariera, deci n a fost o problema.
