Pros:

I like the size of the rooms it’s really big and good

Cons:

There were some constructions inside the hotel so they woke me up in the early morning.

After I called the receptionist he said just five more minutes.

Then I contact booking who contact the hotel and force them to stop the noise immediately.
Later as apologies they send me a fruits dish I assume it very kind.

No venga a este hotel porque llevan años sin usar lejía para los baños y las paredes. Hay telas de araña y todo es decadente. No hay mantenimoentos ni mejoras desde hace décadas. Es el mejor lugar para tirar tu dinero en Hanoi.

Great for a cuty break
Pros:

Absolutely incredible location! Right in the heart of the city! Staff were very helpful and room was spacious and comfortable
