Beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided. Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site.

For every stay of 1 to 6 nights, cleaning at the end of the stay is also included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). City tax is not included in room rates.

Reception opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00
Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00

In July and August reception is open:
Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00.

For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodations before 11:00 on the day of departure.

For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodations at 11:00 on the day of departure.

For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast and bakery service have to be booked the day before.

Please note that free shuttle to city center is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.

Pros:

L'emplacement est magnifique, le personnel très chaleureux et professionnel

Cons:

J'ai loué un appartement avec des photos vue sur la mer et au final c'était vue sur le toit du bâtiment d'en face. Au final en regardant au plus près la description de ma location j'ai vu qu'il était noté vue latéral mer.. pas cool du tout
La table pour manger complètement bancale..
Pas très propre non plus.

L'appartement mériterait une rénovation et surtout l'apport de la climatisation sinon très bien
Pros:

le parking gratuit et sécurisé, la situation géographique, le cadre, la piscine avec le coin d'herbe idéal pour mon bébé, le sourire et le professionnalisme du personnel, la terrasse de l'appartement qui est grande, l'entretien de la pelouse, le matériel pour bébé

Cons:

le manque de climatisation est le plus gros bémol que j'ai relevé, le manque d'ombrage à la piscine et elle ferme un peu trop tôt à mon goût. Le Balcon mériterait un parasol pour pourvoir en profiter au maximum.

Le confort du logement. Le canapé lit juste à coté de la porte d'entrée et peu confortable. La décoration est à revoir complétement.

Cons:

El apartamento estaba encajonado en una esquina, hacia mucho calor. Daba todo el día el sol y no se podía disfrutar de estar fuera. El último día me dijeron que podía haber dejado un ventilador, pero creo que deberían haber sido ellos quienes nos lo ofrecieran, dadas las altas temperaturas que había.

Dit hotel heeft ooit betere tijden gekend.
Pros:

Het uitzicht bij zonsondergang.

Cons:

Dat de receptie niet dag en nacht bemand is.
Dat er geen zonneschermen zijn bij het zwembad.
Dat het zwembad te klein is voor zoveel gasten.
Dat het water in de bak waar je staat als je moet afspoelen voordat je gaat zwemmen, niet doorloopt.
Dat het te warm is in het appartement.
Dat de oprit voor de receptie te smal is zodat de auto een reeds geparkeerde auto voorbij kan.
Dat er geen camerabewaking is op de parkeerplaats.
Dat er geen personeel een oogje in het zeil hoidt bij het zwembad.( Niemand kwam.langs).
Dat er geen parasol is op het balkon van het appartement.
Dat er het ontbijt niet genoemd wordt.
Dat er geen informatie beschikbaar is over de bustijden naar het centrum.
