Beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided. Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site.

For every stay of 1 to 6 nights, cleaning at the end of the stay is also included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). City tax is not included in room rates.

Reception opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00
Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00

In July and August reception is open:
Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00.

For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodations before 11:00 on the day of departure.

For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodations at 11:00 on the day of departure.

For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast and bakery service have to be booked the day before.

Please note that free shuttle to city center is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.

Great location
Pros:

Great value , free parking easy walkable distance into centre, staff very helpful and friendly, Morgan on reception was exceptional gave us so much help and good advice, only negative we found no AC in apartment was very hot to sleep

Bon emplacement géographique par rapport au centre et aux plages
Le camp est propre

Nous avons constaté Beaucoup de.bruit le soir jusqu’à 23h00 a 2h00 du matin
Les logements sont mal insonorisés.
Il faut éviter les logements à proximité de la salle de jeux et de la réception proche de l’accueil. Ne pas oublier son parasol car il n’y en a pas à la piscine qui est en plein soleil
Les explications à l’arrivée sont obtenues
au coup par coup
Une odeur de renfermé est fortement ressentie à l’accueil lorsque les portes sont fermées. L’installation d’une VMC pourrait résoudre le problème

Cons:

The apartment had very steep stairs with narrow treads. Toilet was downstairs next to the kitchen and bathroom (no toilet) was upstairs. It wasn't very comfortable. the sofa was hard and the apartment lacked character, just a white space!
