Rien. Un peu plus d’animation serait sympa
Only the girl who is in charge of fun activities like karaoke night
I don’t think I can write all the crappy things that happened to us.
The place is A TOURIST TRAP! I never experienced such a crappy hotel, nothing was good!
Good was really bad, the price of the place is SO EXPENSIVE, we wanted to spoil ourselves and we never spend thus much on a hotel, but it was supposed to be all inclusive but nothing was really open.
I ordered a Coca Cola at the bar and they are this is not inclusive in this bar, only the restaurant, I ordered a piña colada and they made it with whiskey!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE that? Tasted horrible and I told them that this is not how it was made worldwide and they told me that is how they made it. My husband ordered a dry martini and they said that neither this nor the piña colada’s were included, and they made the martini with Lime!!!! WTH!
We decided to pay a facial for us, we thought we would get an hour treatment, they scrubbed lotion and then they left us in the spa until the end of the hour! Sucks!!
The light at my room’s bathroom didn’t work, the shower was broken.
Then if we wanted to get food after lunch they only had sandwiches, no food options.
Then for the main restaurants for two of them you need to make reservations, and you can only go once to each, (such stup!d rules)
The. They said that you need to pre order your meal 2 nights in advance 🤣🤣
What kind of place is this?
It was so crowded by retirees and they are probably not very picky, but if you like good food, quality services and all inclusive, forget about this trashy place.
The building is so old and they keep all the windows open, so imagine with 47 degrees or 117 Fahrenheit, this was an inferno of a place.
Hotel was clean and right on the beachfront. Enough seating in restaurants, pool area and the beach umbrellas. .
Mini bar only has 2 soft drinks and 2 bottled water for all inclusive and does not accommodate juice drinkers. I believe more drinks could be added to the minibar.
There are no charging points next to the bed
nothing
everything , have not taken breakfast it was like 1 star.
