Pros:

The location is excellent. Wonderful area The air conditioning and wifi were fine. The staff and reception were very nice though. They even used to deliver my food orders upstairs. Overall decent stay .

Cons:

The room is very small and gives a congested vibe. Like it has a very dull look. There was water leakage from the AC. The breakfast was not that great.

Kept us waiting for 2 hours for check-in. Rooms were very dirty, AC was leaking and not working from all the rooms we booked. Rooms were stinking.

Pros:

I left behind my winter jacket when I checked out. I happened to come back three days after my checkout, and they had carefully kept my jacket and handed it over to me, which was very nice. Plenty of hot water for shower and good air conditioning too.
