Beautiful comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

We loved the clean comfortable rooms. A cot was brought to us for our son to sleep which was excellent and at no extra cost! The sprawling pool and beautiful grounds we appreciated as well. My son loved the big pool. The food at the restaurant was unreal. The dinner menu was diverse but our favourite was the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka! My son loved the chicken noodles. The breakfast buffet was also great it included Indian options and some western food as well such as jam and toast and cereal, 🥣 pancakes and eggs! The staff were extremely polite and courteous and cared for our needs! The gym was also very good I worked out!

Cons:

Nothing! Only complaint was I had issues with credit card and debit payment! Make payment process easier.

Pros:

Photos on social media 😊

Cons:

The room was ordinarily cleaned. The towels were smelly and dusty. The room building was away from the reception and there were shortage of staff to transport the guests from building to the reception and the luggage.
The restaurant was mostly unattended and our orders for tea and coffee was attended after making few calls. It took long time to deliver the tea coffee which were of very poorly prepared.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

New property away from bustle. Rooms are big and Clean property is safe and well maintained.

Cons:

Food is a little salty for my taste. Quantity is not proportional to price charged. Complimentary breakfast is very bad. Allow a la carte for breakfast. Don't make South indian food as you chef don't know how to make one. Stones are softer than your idly.

Payment system doesn't work 🙄
Water in the swimming pool is not very good (needs a lot more chlorine), no chairs...😶
Some training with English courses for the staff would be much appreciated. Most of them do not seem to understand English
