Pros:

The room was quite nice with decent amenities. The location was also good.

Cons:

The staff at times felt very rigid. For example I asked whether I can exchange some USD to LKR and the lady at the front office said No (suggestion - please see whether you can do this, it helps your guests so much) after which I asked do you know any place that I can go for this and again, a single word answer - No. Id expect a bit more warmth and support from the hospitality industry.

Also the breakfast is very limited. While its ok ish, surely you can do better. The cups, mugs at my room were a bit dirty as well..obviously I washed them and used but would expect house keeping to look at these in advance.

Except location nothing was good .

Cons:

Too expensive. We paid around 10000 rupees and even breakfast was not included in their deal .We were given a twin bed and post check-in we requested for the bed to be joined but the Matress was so bad that it was creating a gap in between beds . Around 9:30 or 10 we wanted to grab a coke bottle but the restaurant denied.they didn’t even allowed my Delievery till reception,we had to go out and collect it.

Be treated like true guests without spending a lot in Radisson Blue. This is the best hotel nearby.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hub last month. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel effortless. The hosts went above and beyond, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was excellent for getting around.
I especially loved the breakfast. It was fresh and delicious each morning. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary food they provided for my 5-year-old, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great hospitality all around. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing really! The unique thing is their passion to serve. They're always welcoming and cheerful and it will cheer your mood too. On the last day of the stay, I was frustrated with the Bengaluru traffic when I was coming back to the hotel from a friend's home. As soon as I entered the hotel, the staff's welcome and smile changed my mood.

Pros:

I liked the fact that the property is very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that extremely loud music was playing in the banquet hall at / after 11 pm which was making very difficult for me to go to sleep. I find this completely unprofessional and extremely insensitive on behalf of the management to allow something like this.
