Gostei de tudo.
Recepção com funcionários muito atenciosos, em especial o João que nos recebeu muito bem, prestativo indicando passeios.
Pessoal da limpeza muito simpáticos. Tudo limpo, cheiroso, roupas de cama e toalhas. Os quartos tinha varanda com varal em inox o que ajuda a secar toalhas e roupas de banho. Cama confortável, travesseiros macios.
Café da manhã muito bom, muitas variedades de pães, bolos, frutas, sucos, biscoitos, tapiocas, tudo sendo reposto em tempo hábil.
Bar da piscina tbm com atendentes muito simpáticos, principalmente o Romário.
Localização perfeita, dá para ir a pé a praia, ao Beach Club Toa Toa.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Apartamento luxo muito agradável, com cama confortável e varanda grande. Excelente café da manhã, com sucos naturais ótimos.

Cons:

Não tem secador de cabelo no banheiro. Espaço para guardar as roupas muito pequeno.

Pros:

De tudo! Desde o atendimento na chegada quanto na saída.
No quarto mesmo, amei a mensagem receptiva e os bombons e sem falar do shampoo e condicionador no banheiro que as vezes acabamos esquecendo de trazer na viagem! Muito obrigada pelo carinho e atenção!

Gostamos do apartamento com sacada, boa cama , em geral muito bom

Cons:

Jacuzzi , mesmo sendo uma cortesia do hotel com agendamento de horários para uso .
Precisa de melhor acompanhamento pelo Hotel .
Fomos oportunados na entrada e saída de nosso horário por hóspedes mal educados e intransigentes, não respeitando nosso horário e invadindo local.
