Przyjazny personel. Dobre śniadanie z szerokim wyborem opcji z menu.
Ogromne rozczarowanie. Pokój na żywo wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach i wszędzie jest brudno. Łazienka w opłakanym stanie: zepsute mocowanie słuchawki prysznicowej, woda zalewająca całą podłogę. Do tego „widok” z okna wprost na okno i pokój obok, w odległości metra.
Zupełnie nic się nie zgadzało z tym co jest w ofercie.
the staff were incredibly friendly and consistently helpful - absolutely cannot fault the service. Hanna and Linna tended to us at reception, and the man who helped with our luggage was very good.

De foto's op booking zijn allemaal niet van de kamer die wij hadden. Misschien zijn deze foto's van het zusterhotel aan de overkant van de straat.
Location was fantastic. Staff were friendly, helpful and speak good English. Breakfast was good with fresh cooked eggs, pho, pancakes.
The cleaning could be better, we stayed 10 nights and bed sheets only got changed on our last night, which was a bit silly. Should have been changed mid way thru our stay. But for the price its a good hotel
The hotel is right in the Old Quarter, which is a big plus. All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful. Immediately upon arrival, they took care of our luggage and gave us local tips. Breakfast is great, with a large buffet selection plus the option to order additional dishes. We had a room on the 7th floor, though the elevator only goes to the 6th.
Overall, the hotel is a bit outdated, and the room could have been cleaner (dirty curtains, hair behind the bed). There were also ants in the room. The hotel offered us currency exchange upon arrival, but we later realized it wasn't a good rate.
