The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the main shopping district, and the famous Train Street. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There are no lift facilities beyond the sixth floor, and our room was on the eighth floor. This information is not clearly stated on the hotel’s website, so guests should be aware that they will need to carry their luggage up the stairs. If you are travelling with large or heavy suitcases, or have mobility concerns, you may wish to reconsider staying here or request a room on a lower floor.
We stayed for two nights. During our stay, the room was not serviced; only clean towels were provided. If you are expecting daily housekeeping, this is something to keep in mind.
Customer service was exceptional. Had an issue and it was resolved in seconds, they kindly upgraded my room too.

Staff at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and so helpful. The hotel was in an amazing location in Hanoi, very close to lots of main sites.
Our room was a little dated. The fridge had some mould and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The window on the balcony door wasn’t properly sealed, effectively leaving a hole. This wasn’t great, particularly due to the fact the hotel is situated on a very noisy street.

Las fotos del anuncio y el alojamiento son totalmente diferentes. La habitación era auténtica pocilga. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Las sábanas se notaban húmedas, menos mal que cogimos pocos días, porque estuvimos súper incómodos en ese hotel. Lamentablemente, no se lo recomendamos a nadie, necesita una limpieza a fondo y una buena reforma.
Breakfast was great, lots of variety and good portions.
Hannah was so smiley and great, she was so friendly each morning and couldn’t do enough for us.
Bed were a little hard but not terrible.
