Cleanliness, furnishing and decorating. Security staff were amazing escorting us to restaurants at night.
No elevator but staff carried bags upstairs for us.
Great staff--very kind and helpful. Good restaurant.
Staff was excellent. Very attentive and helpful.
Wonderful staff, gorgeous hotel in the heart of the Old City!

Location, quiet, comfortable, breakfast, we felt safe , it was clean, and beautiful
Nothing
Beautiful property and a great location. The staff is very nice. Our room was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Excellent location.
The service is a bit lacking relative to the type of property. No coffee machine in the room or available elsewhere on premises, other than in the breakfast room or the coffee hour from 4 to 7 PM. No turn down service (which all the other hotels we stayed in Ecuador had). The food in the restaurant is mediocre.
Letto e bagno enormi, ottima colazione, albergo pulitissimo.
One of the best places I have been so far.
Every detail of your stay is being taking care.
Colourful, clean, historic house with beautiful comfortable bed and bathroom with views to the surrounding hills and city.

Lovely inside, helpful staff
La arquitectura del hotel es muy bonita. El personal del hotel es extraordinario. Las habitaciones son muy comodas.
Staff was always available and helpful. Facilities were clean and well cared for. There was coffee tea and a snack in the afternoon and a comfortable place to relax and meet other guests. It is an old building that has been renovated but keeps its colonial charm. It is on a street with lots of restaurants and shops and walking distance to many areas.
Some guests said that rooms on the street side could be noisy in the evening. I had no issues in my room.
Location was in the old town, it felt very safe and the staff on reception were extremely helpful. We arrived in very early, after a long haul flight, and our room was ready, this wasn't something we asked for, or expected but it was very much appreciated. Room was spacious and the shower worked well. Breakfast was good, plenty of fresh fruit, and we did eat in the hotel one evening which offered a nice range of local dishes. Water filters were provided on each of the hotel floors which was convenient. All the advice and recommendations from the staff were first rate, the receptionist arranged a town tour for us with a local guide called Joel, he was fabulous, so knowledgeable not just about Quito, but the whole the situation in Ecuador and surrounding countries. He had the best tips about where to eat and took us to a great chocolate producer in the city. We felt very well looked after by everyone at this lovely hotel.
