Mi estancia muy bien
Pros:

Todo, menos el servicio de Booking para el taxi, que BOOKING nunca tomo mi numero de vuelo ni mi reservacion, ya que su aplicacion por internet nuncan funciono y le envio informacion falsa al Taxi en Cancun.

Por tal motivo cancele mi inscripcion con BOOKING, y usare otras aplicaciones para mi proximo alojamiento.

Cons:

Lo de BOOKING, no cumplio con el servicio de taxi ya que su aplicacion de booking nunca tomo los datos de mi vuelo y tuve que pagar a otro taxi que me llevara al hotel.

Es un lugar ok si lo que planean es solo ir a dormir.
Pros:

El precio es muy cómodo en comparación a otros hoteles y está cerca de la playa.

Cons:

Las toallas estaban manchadas, se veían sucias, el hotel en sí es viejo y le falta mantenimiento. No hay opciones de desayuno, el café no es bueno para nada. El restaurante de igual forma se ve sucio y le falta mucho mantenimiento.

ABSOLUTAMENTE MEDIOCRE TODO
Cons:

Recepcionista Argelia nos atendió fatal muy poco comercial llegamos 11.00 y nos dijo habitación preparada paga 700 pesos y puedes entrar,ni siquiera opción de pasar a tomar algo en el bar y esperar allí,a las 14.30 h lo mismo espera un rato en la calle claro hasta 15.00 en punto.habriamos comido en el hotel y dejado dinero allí me pareció lamentable.
Habitación no llega Internet, piscina sucia imposible bañarse allí.Desayuno mediocre.
ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA BUENO QUE DESTACAR
