Pros:

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene! Camere grandi, spaziose e silenziose. Il personale è gentile, preciso e sempre disponibile. La colazione, servita all’ultimo piano, è deliziosa e molto curata. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il servizio della Spa e la shower room messa a disposizione dei clienti dopo il check out. Per noi 10 e lode!

時期を誤った
Pros:

近くにコインランドリーがあって大変助かりました。
観光名所も徒歩で行ける距離でした。

Cons:

夏のお盆休みを使って１週間の滞在でしたが、何しろ連日の50度に迫る体感温度で　外に出られませんでした。これはホテルのせいではありません。

部屋にゴキブリが出ましたが　御愛嬌でしょう。

Pros:

Mỗi khi tôi trở lại Việt Nam thì tôi đều lưu trú tại đây khoảng 3 ngày.
Lý do tôi không chọn nơi khác vì ở đây mọi thứ rất tuyệt vời và các bạn nhân viên vô cùng chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện.
Vị trí rất đẹp và thuận tiện, phòng ở vô cùng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng.
Tôi đánh giá 10/10.

Cons:

Thời gian ở lại quá ngắn haha, dĩ nhiên đó là vấn đề của tôi rồi.

What an awesome hotel! We would definitely choose Acoustic again.
Pros:

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Kim and Thao. Their hospitality and attention to detail is commendable! They helped book two tours- ha long catamaran and ninh Binh day trip. Both were memorable experiences!

Breakfast buffet had many options and delicious food.

Cons:

Our room shower didn’t really have cold water. We turned the knobs trying to get cold water but it was challenging.
