Grat stay at hanoi old quarter
Pros:

Nice place in the old quarters. Rooms and staff top notch. Breakfast was good with both continental and regional fare. Staff especially Fiona at the front desk were great and kind enough to allow as to use rooms even after check out. Travel arrangements were done with great efficiency. Will come back another time.

Cons:

Nothing except a minor issue with busy road with some traffic noise.

Très bon hotel. La chambre familiale est vraiment très grande, avec ses 2 salles de bains et sa baignoire. Le personnel est adorable. L'hotel est parfaitement situé, a coté de la gare et dans le vieux Hanoi.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location was great, within 5 minutes walking distance to Hoa Lo Prison museum and Hanoi Train street. Many restaurants near by too. We really enjoyed the room and all staff were friendly and helpful. We would come back to the hotel if we visit Hanoi again.!
