The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Even before we arrived, they were available to answer any questions on WhatsApp and provided an excellent transfer from the airport. We were lucky to have our room upgraded, which gave us a brilliant base to explore Hanoi from at the start of our Vietnam holiday. The hotel is brilliantly located in the Old Quarter - it is very easy to get around and the staff will happily help you find your way. Lovely spa facilities and a huge variety of food served at breakfast.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary drink and fresh fruit. The staff also explained the hotel’s facilities and services in detail.

The room was extremely spacious for three people, and we were delighted to find complimentary fruit and wine waiting for us in the room!

Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Whenever we saw them, they would make small talk and greet us warmly. The doormen were always there to open the doors, which was especially helpful when we were carrying a lot of luggage.

To my surprise, they even gave me a gift when I checked out. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed in the family suite and rooms were huge, really nice and clean. It was so nice having this comfortable base in Hanoi and kept coming back after going off to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Staff was amazing and no issues offering us a comfortable shower before our night train and keeping our luggage while we went off on overnight trips. A short walk to Old Quarter but quiet at night which we liked.

Ne-a placut totul. Am fost întâmpinați cald si frumos, cu fructe, o bautura rece si prosoape. Check-inul a fost rapid ,iar domnisoara de la receptie foarte amabilă și profesionistă. I-am explicam situația noastră ca am avea nevoie de late check-out si ne-au ajutat cu acest lucru fara nicio taxa i plus. Si chiar si după check-out ne-au pregătit o camera sa putem face un duș si sa ne pregătim de zborul lung spre casă. Am rezervat o suită, iar in camera ne-a așteptat si un cos cu fructe si o sticla de vin. Camera foarte spațioasă, curată, totul mirosea bine. Baia imensa si foarte frumoasă. Toate cosmeticele din baie miroseau divin. Micul dejun bun, nimic special, dar aveai din toate. Personalul ,începând de la cel care deschidea ușa de fiecare data cand ieșeam si intram in hotel, cu personalul de la recepție si cel de la restaurat, toti au fost atat de amabili, de profesioniști, de dedicați. Am rămas placut surprinși si ne-am simțit cu adevărat apreciați fiind tratați atat de frumos. La plecare am primit si un mic cadou foarte frumos. Va voi recomanda oricând și vom reveni oricând cu drag.
Bravo Acoustic! Va meritați din plin nota mare!

Amazing hotel in a great location, 2 minutes away from train street and approx 15 min walk from the Old quarter.
The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy.
The staff were all amazing, very corteous and customer focused.
Breakfast was good, with different options.

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et professionnel dans ce très bel hôtel situé en centre ville.
La chambre très spacieuse et la literie sont très confortables. La climatisation silencieuse. La salle de bains est magnifique.
Comme notre vol pour Hué était tardif, le staff a très gentiment mis à notre disposition une chambre afin que nous puissions nous changer et nous doucher avant notre départ. Un sens du service très haut de gamme. Merci pour cette très délicate attention à l'image de votre accueil 🥰 !

Hubby and I were treated like king and queen at the Acoustic hotel. Everything went extremely smoothly from the check in to the check out. Fiona, the head of staff, was so friendly, she even run out the door to tell us bye when we left. I have no words to express how grateful we are for all the staff. So, what makes this hotel stand out is the employees friendliness, politeness but also their attention to detail. Besides the remarkable service, our room was outstanding. Decorated for our honeymoon (thank you so much for the surprise), it was comfortable and quiet. We also both enjoyed a massage, and that too, was excellent. Lastly: the location is perfect and the buffet breakfast offers various and tasty food. Truly, this hotel is the place to go.

Moc jsme si pobyt v tomto hotelu užili. Zaměstnanci hotelu byli skvělí a pokoj prostorný a čistý. Snídaně byly moc dobré. Poloha také super.
