Pros:

Velmi milá recepční. Ochota vedení rezervačního oddělení kompenzovat nastalý problém. Neměla jsem objednané parkování, ale nebyl problém zaparkovat v přilehlé ulici.

Cons:

Bohužel jsem nedostala pokoj, který jsem si objednala a zaplatila, a vzhledem k plné obsazenosti hotelu nebyla změna možná. Přidělený pokoj byl jednolůžkový, velmi malý, koupelna nešla vyvětrat. Snídaně byla více než průměrná, na výtah do 6. patra se čekalo hodně dlouho, takže bylo rychlejší chodit pěšky.

Enjoyable, within sight of the school in which Myra’s 1st cousin once removed teaches.
Pros:

We had excellent breakfasts and were treated very well. Hana was excellent at the front desk and responded appropriately to all of our requests.

Cons:

In light of the aging of their guests, they should install higher toilets. The 12 inch or lower toilets are difficult for older guest to use. They should install 17 to 19 inch toilets in the bathrooms. Otherwise the bathroom was excellent with a great shower.
